Chipotle Mexican Grill

Decent place but don't really recommend this chipotle. Rice doesn't be done sometimes & there always running out stuff & the works u can tell they really don't like what there doing

I came to eat, but half the ingredients are missing. That's weird. How can I order if the main sauce is missing?

Too much for guac and cheese when a serving should come with any meal for free. Not worth it.

Love that they have a delicious vegetarian option!! Not a lot of places do this, thank you!

This is the worst resturant I ever went to. They never have food , always run out of rice and chicken. And the workers are rude.

This location was not very clean, most tables needed to be cleaned, the floors needed to be swept and the bathroom had no paper towels.
The food was just okay, had the Carne Asada which was not as flavorful as other locations. Meat quality was good.

First scoop of beans had a long hair in it. Gross. Of course the guy did make a new one with beans from the other station. Then the burrito was falling apart as I took the first bite. I wound up just tossing it and eating somewhere else. The food is always good at Chipotle but the hair and sloppy burrito really turned me off.

Stop by to order a bowl and the doors were locked at 1030pm. There's a new sign posted in the window saying now open til 11pm. A worker came to the door saying there only doing online orders, sign was off and dining room was dark.

Almost everytime ive been going in here the white rice is hard, way too much lime, and clumpy.. not sure what happened but the rice has gotten nasty. I went in, saw the rice and walked right back out.. please start making the rice correctly like it usually is made. Service here is 5/5 stars though. Everyones super nice and place is usually very clean. Its just the rice.

Ordered on Doordash and got skimped on. Like what is this, less than a scoop of rice everything is like half the scoop. Not what it used to be. Don’t order online at less in store they won’t skimp as much (they still
do). What kind of lettuce is that?

Mostly every time I go into the chipotle in Monroe they missing the fajita onions and peppers and one other time I went in the peppers and onions looked raw like they threw them on the grill for a hot second and that was it and there's never ever No vingerette or they ran out I mean come on now this is a something you should always make enough of and speaking on the vingerette it's been times that I have gotten more oil than anything like who ever made it they were in a hurry..... And today 10/12/25 I went in at 330 No Fajita No Dressing.... Maybe I need to star going to Matthews NC 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️
