Customer service is what makes a business. Today I experienced awful customer service. If I am spending my hard earned money I should not have to be presented with attitude. This may be my last experience at this location.

I was very disappointed they ran out of grilled chicken. THERE WAS OVER 10 PEOPLE IN line when this happened. They don't keep a clean serving line very stingy with the meat.

Food has been terrible for months! Rice always raw!! And this last time they spilled salt in the guac and forget onions and cilantro !!! Really bad. Nice people and food fresh and good service
But,,,,be aware!!!! Chipotle corporate doesn’t list allll the ingredients they put!!!! Omg it is a lot more they are not disclosing ! Call them and you will see. Look on website, they don’t give ingredients of the chicken

I stopped there today. There were short staffed. I had a coupon I couldn’t use to do my online order because I’m not tech savvy. After struggling with it, this lovely manager did me a favor and let me come in to place my order. I didn’t want to be a pain in the ass but I was craving chipotle. I’m glad she worked it out for a trucker on a bobtail pulling for Tyson. I’ll make sure you never ran out of chicken ☺️😉 thank you sis

2nd time i've done an online order at this location. Order double meat, pay $5. They never do double meat. Just a free $5 for them.

Great quick food option, with healthy, whole foods! Hard to beat. Can't wait to go back.

This place is always out of honey chicken, doesn’t matter the time of day, and they’re not even making any new one. Just shrug their shoulders and say “sorry we’re out”. After waiting 10 minutes in line I was told that they’re out once again and that no one is even making any new chicken. They’re also often out of brown rice and no new rice is being cooked. You would think if you’re running out of the same food items over and over again, you’d start prepping extra to accommodate the high demand.

Never been to a restaurant where they are out of steak and chicken as well…. All they had was bbq… who eats bbq at chipotle; I just walked out
