Just walked out of this location. They tried to serve the smallest portions of food for a burrito. Im not sure what the deal is but it wasn’t worth the price. Do better.

I’m from Charlotte and the times I’ve come here food portions great everything was also put together good I could place an order through mobile and trust that it would come out right unlike other chipotles I’ve been too!

FOOD POISON! I just had their new brisket yesterday and within a few hours i was regretting it. Definitely the last time eating from here.

I've got to be honest, I gave one star to everything, because, as soon as my wife and myself walked through the door, I knew, we were not going to eat there. The Chipotle in Monroe, NC, really has some issues that they need to address.

Food was terrible the rice was so soggy. Terribly overcooked. I’ve never had Chipotle be bad except here. The rice was sooo mushy and the employee put a ton of sour cream on my plate (she put sour cream on there twice for whatever reason) that it made my entire bowl even more soggy. It felt like I was eating an entire bowl of just hot yogurt. It was sooo bad.

I wish I could give it a zero because of how bad this was. I live in Raleigh and the chipotle there is good, this one however, terrible. The burritos were terrible with bad portions and the food wasn't mixed up. also ordered a thing of chips and queso and the chips were stale, and the employees were terrible. Whatever you do don't go here this was awful.
