Ordered a cheese quesadilla tray with fries and a Cajun wrap. They gave me chicken quesadilla instead so I went back and had them exchange it no problem and then I realize they left out my Cajun wrap so I had to go back again and I go up to the window one employee is laying on the floor and the rest of them laughing and goofing off and they even looked at me a few times and kept laughing til one of them finally came to the window. When I finally did get my wrap it’s halfway thrown together. Half of them always look high as well. Not sure what’s going on with the service recently but it’s definitely been getting worse.

This has been by far the worst cookout ive been to. I have given it multiple trys, when I went last night to get a meal there was a used condom right in front of the speaker box. Unfortunately I did not notice until I had already ordered my food, not suprised they messed up my order as well.I will never go to this cook out again, I will drive the extra miles just to go to a different resturant. This place is absolutely disgusting.

Employess smell like weed. Ignore customers at the window. Hire better workers and do better.
All who care should look into this particular location, which needs immediate attention. I don’t want to post some photos I took of burned patties and crispy fries. The outside windows are really dirty, some in lot’s of ketchup.
I love Cook Out; it reminds me of In & Out on the West Coast. At some cookouts you want more, but at this location, no thanks. Being a manager myself, I see the management at fault for this predicament.

Food is decent. I did order a cheeseburger tray & the burger came out with no sauces on it which was really weird. Service was little slow & the crowd that hangs out in the parking lot can be a little sketchy.

Every night I buy from the restaurant a grilled chicken sandwich with a fruit drink and some potatoes. I just wanted to say that it is very delicious. I am now addicted to this meal. Thanks and greetings to all the chefs there. Their treatment is beautiful, their open-mindedness and smiles on their faces. It is really a wonderful job. Thank you, your neighbor Ahmed Al-Arabi
