As a pregnant woman this IS NOT OKAY . The rating in Monroe,NC is TERRIBLE it’s mainly ran by TEENAGERS. Managers included , they care about push out and the timers. Next time pay attention when eating or drinking ANYTHING from there ?

Went to cookout today for lunch and was eating my lunch to find hair stuck in the meat?
So I stopped here for the first time and got a quesadilla tray. I opened up my quesadillas to see they were super thin so I opened them up. Honestly, what the hell is this? This is only sauce. No cheese or chicken.

Very busy location at late night but that's not necessarily a bad thing from a business standpoint. A pretty long wait in drive thru. They gave me someone else's order and of course I paid for it with my debit card. They handed me a water which made me point out immediately that it wasn't my order that they were handing me. They then asked me what I ordered.....a couple minutes later I assume their conclusion was someone didn't even run it thru the register because nobody could find my order. I politely explained that my order isn't near the cost I paid seeing as it was another's order. They just offset the difference in cash no big deal to me and had my order to me in about 2 minutes flat. They made a great recovery from that fumble ?Dietary restrictions: Lol I'm pretty certain there is no dietary options in this kind of place seeing everything is cooked in oil and fried. ?

Went through drive thru thus evening. Person taking order was rushing and ended up not even taking half of our order. Then it was too Backes up to go through again. And the tea tasted like it had freaking cleaner in it!

Chicken quesadilla barely had anything in it (pretty much just a grilled tortilla) and also missing a side to our tray. This is not the first time this has happened.

almost didn't come bc of the pictures and lack of reviews here, but my food came hot and fast! It was so good and the presentation was very neat. i'd tell u what i got but i don't want the employee to know it was me lol, even tho they prolly don't remember or give a ___ . But anyway, my food was sooo good, and you should give this location a chance. The employee was also very nice. The intercom is a little hard for them to hear through (i'm guessing), so be patient pls (as u always should). I have not seen the inside so idk if clean.
