2nd time this has happened recently.
First time call to place a to go order and sit on hold for 27 minutes and showed up in person to order and still on hold.
Tonight call again and on hold for 14 minutes and I showed up to let here know I was still on hold trying to place a to go order the young girl looks at the phone says I’m sorry what would you like. WOW WHERE DID CUSTOMER SERVICE GO???
