I knocked my glass of water on the table by accident and I had a huge pile of paper towels on the table and when the waitress came over to give me my check during dinner she just left it there because her shift was over and no one else did it either that replaced her. Who does that! The chicken sandwich was not the usual chicken patty either, it was flat and over cooked

On 10-7-24 we had no power at home so my Son-in-law called in an order for he and my daughter for her to pick up on the way home as this is the only thing she would pass. It took many times of calling to even get through and someone called him back to say missed a call. She had to wait for the food to be ran up and we leave only 10 min if that away. When she got home they sat down to eat right away and the food was not fit to eat, it was not the least bit warm at all must have been sitting in the window waiting for pick up while she sat and waited. The mashed potatoes was a ball of cold potatoes and no gravy as ordered and the meat looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp and not warm at all either. She called and let them know and the girl she spoke with was very rude and said we do not guaranty food is warm with take out. My daughter told her I only live 10 min away and paid $30.00 for food not fit to eat and trashed it and I want a refund and was told no and asked to speak to the mgr and she was very rude as well and said we are not giving a refund on take out.
So please be aware and not spend your money here, they used to have good food and service and very nice staff when the older ladies were there but not anymore. With the price of food these days who has $30 to throw out in the trash? We gave them a chance to make it right and it was refused. I work in Monroe and bring home food on the way home a 30 min drive and food still very warm and sometimes hot when I get home for other places so a 10 min drive should still be very hot and fresh not cold and not fresh and at dinner time at 5:30.

Nothing special here. Food came out cold and took quite a while to get warmed up, and this was while there we only 3 other patrons in the place.
Hours online are wrong. Saturday 8 am august 17 says opened and they closed!

45 min-60 min wait for burgers… always below average food quality and flies inside ??? we try eating here about once a year (in hopes that it’s improved) and are always shocked at the prices, poor service and shabby interior. Just save your money!!

2nd time this has happened recently.
First time call to place a to go order and sit on hold for 27 minutes and showed up in person to order and still on hold.
Tonight call again and on hold for 14 minutes and I showed up to let here know I was still on hold trying to place a to go order the young girl looks at the phone says I’m sorry what would you like. WOW WHERE DID CUSTOMER SERVICE GO???
Then ask for the owner or manager and lady says she’s not here. I hope that she reads this and corrects the problem, I’m sure I’m not the only one this happens too.

Placed a to go order with 2 hamburger steak. Got home no onions or gravy on the hamburger steak and it was dry as a bone. I called the restaurant and was told it's not the first time its happened and she was so sorry. NOT acceptable. She said they were training a new cook...ugh! Also got the coleslaw as a side and it was about 2 bites. Not a happy camper!
