There was a woman talking VERY rudely to the staff, and they responded so patiently and kindly. Plus the ice cream is always good!

Very good ice cream / frzn. yogurt. The peach is excellent.

Very friendly staff. Took time to answer question and check the product label for and allergy question. Ice cream was ver godd and the price was very reasonable. Will go back soon.

Friendly people. Kids working in back. Big portions. Much nicer place than what they had. Plenty of places to sit.

My boyfriend and I finally went to Dollar Cone and I ordered the chocolate covered cheesecake and I expected a full slice of cheesecake like the old location/ownership had but I received a circle shaped piece of cheesecake which was disappointing since it was the same price as the before cheesecake from before ($7) but it was still good. My boyfriend got a cherry dip ice cream as he’s been looking for somewhere to serves cherry dip (he loves cherry dip) and he didn’t really like it because it tasted artificial and neither did I but I’m also not a red cherry person. He tried the cherry dip at the old location and he prefers that one.
We both agreed the atmosphere wasn’t the best, there was a good amount of people in there but it was quiet so it felt awkward but service was very good, the wait wasn’t too long and the lady was very nice.

We were regulars at the original location under previous owners. When we heard they were re-opening under new ownership we were very excited. I'm glad to see that they were able to re-open in a new location after all their troubles with the previous location and the previous location's landlord. We stopped in today at the new location and it was great. They even have a non-dairy option, which is great for my wife as she couldn't have anything on the original menu offered by the previous owners. They are co-located with a coffee shop and the venue has a great feel. I hope they are able to streamline their service as it was a tad slow, but I'm sure that will come with time and experience. The staff were very friendly. Can't wait to try the coffee once the coffee shop is hopefully able to match Dollar Cone's hours of operation. I think this partnership will be a great thing for both businesses and we will definitely be regulars and support both businesses. I think it's important for people to know that Dollar Cone is there and still offer an actual $1 ice cream cone. Do yourself a favor and check them out.
