It's hit and miss with this location. Sometimes I get great customer service and hot delicious food and sometimes even after prepaying and I can see my order sitting there, I still have to wait forever while everyone walks around talking as if I'm not the only person in the store patiently waiting.

Worst dominos. Horrible customer service. Never answers the phone. No one talks when entering the Resturant.

The app placed the order, took my money, said it was ready, go to pick it up and the store completely closed at 10 pm 😕 and i haven't heard from anybody
I recommend ordering from a different location if you’re wanting dominos pizza. Ordered food over an hour ago and it said estimated 30 minutes. I waited a little longer and then order says complete. Ring doorbell never went off and no food is outside, it was supposed to be left at door. I called to inquire about my order and as soon as I said my address I was hung up on. I then called back again and the girls just making noises on the phone. My husband calls off of his phone and they tell him that the driver said it was left there but it could be remade and before he could say anything else, he was also hung up on. At this point I don’t even want the food because I don’t even trust the employees to prepare it . I just wanted to warn anyone local if you’re looking for something quick and easy, this is NOT it.
I ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza for carry out on the app. The employees working the front were very friendly but the first pizza I got had onions on it and after coming back and waiting for a new pizza I saw the employees working the line bare handed while making food. That is a huge food code violation and needs to be addressed immediately.

We had delivery tonight 10/26 and our pizzas were cold and one of them was overdone.

When the youngin wants pizza, his go to is always dominos. But the last 2 times we’ve ordered, it’s been sub par. 1st we figured it was because of the weather (heavy rain) but this time, it was a clear night sky. Both times between placing the order and receiving it, took 2hrs. This time though, they got the order wrong (ordered a deluxe but received a cheese pizza). When I called, I couldn’t even reach anyone! Each time I called, someone would take it off hold and hang up so I finally gave up and here I am.

Honestly when I walked in everyone working was in a frenzy and overwhelmed. When Ashley came back in I watch her instantly get everything back in order and calmed down! She was awesome! From someone who worked in a super fast paced restaurant, she is killing it!! Great job Ashley!

Very good pizza
I have made a order today on the app at 7:10.
It was on preparing order for around 30 min, I called the store to check on the status and was told it would take an extra hour because their were busy.
Understandable for a Friday night. We have waited for 1 hour and called the store again as the status never changed. I was told that the order was still being prepared and would take extra 30-45 min and would be at our door.
After 35 called again and took more than 20 min on the phone to be able to talk to anyone.
End of story, I have canceled the order and order Pizza Hut that arrived in 20
I understand being busy but not picking up the phone and giving misleading information is not a good customer service.
Placed my order online, paid for the order and selected carside pickup. Arrived at the location and the app said it was ready. I selected the "Im Here" option and it said they would be right out. 15min later and after seeing many pizzas being brought out I still had nothing. So I went inside where I waited another 5min to be helped. I asked about my order and the girl looked at the screen and then said "we lost your order", do you want to cancel it?" I said no, I have 3 hungry kids at home alone that I'm trying to get back to. She said it would be 40min to remake my two pizzas. Then she said she cancelled it and refunded me. I am still waiting for the refund to appear.Worst service ever!

Terrible service I never received my order more than two hours waiting ???
We ordered online and selected car side delivery. After we arrived we waited 10 minutes before my husband went in. They said they were too busy to handle the car side delivery.Ok, I get it but you have my number. At least let us know. We are both disabled and did not anticipate having to walk into a store without disability access.Then when we get the order it is missing half. Once we got the rest of the order we were advised they were out of blue cheese. No offer to replace it with anything else even though we paid for it.Since we didn't get car side delivery we were supposed to get a free something (According to the app). But that wasn't offered either.The customer service here is basically non-existent, especially when they need it most.
