It's hit and miss with this location. Sometimes I get great customer service and hot delicious food and sometimes even after prepaying and I can see my order sitting there, I still have to wait forever while everyone walks around talking as if I'm not the only person in the store patiently waiting.

Honestly when I walked in everyone working was in a frenzy and overwhelmed. When Ashley came back in I watch her instantly get everything back in order and calmed down! She was awesome! From someone who worked in a super fast paced restaurant, she is killing it!! Great job Ashley!

We ordered online and selected car side delivery. After we arrived we waited 10 minutes before my husband went in. They said they were too busy to handle the car side delivery.Ok, I get it but you have my number. At least let us know. We are both disabled and did not anticipate having to walk into a store without disability access.Then when we get the order it is missing half. Once we got the rest of the order we were advised they were out of blue cheese. No offer to replace it...
