Don't use the kiosk. There didn't seem to be any communication about who fills the order if you put it for hot food and donuts. If you must, use the drive through. Those customers seemed to be the top priority. I don't think I'll be going back.

Seeing as I can't email the company, I can't get a phone call in to complain I'll just make a Google review!!!!! This dunkin CAN NOT GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT!!!! We have been going almost daily! The workers all know us by name & face! When we order we send 1 person for multiple orders how is it they can never get it right! My French vanilla coffee was HAZELNUT my breakfast wrap had BACON on it ANOYHER NO GO for me. In 1 shot I spent 8.50 on a meal got the cold hasbrowns and that's all I had! I can't call to complain I get hung up on. It won't accept my email complain. So Google review so all can see that this dunkin can't get an order right! Yeah I'm MAD. And to offer me 250 points like WHAT! I DONT WANT THE DAMN POINTS I WANT MY MONEY BACK & GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Thursday morning 10:30am 01/02/25. Easily the worst dunkin donuts ever. Stopped coming here about a year ago but thought I'd give it another shot since it's by my house. STUPID STUPID DECISION!!!! Rude African American woman wiyh short red hair, and incredibly rude and incompetent Caucasian man with long hair.
These 2 were so rude and so incredibly incompetent it was unbelievable. Never again. Never again

All I can say is stay clear of this Dunkin.. I have never had a more awful visit at a Dunkin.. And from now on will avoid this particular one like the plague.

Consistently out of most of their food and a good portion of the coffee flavorings before Noon. Tried to order a cookie butter cold brew for the second time and they were out of it both times. Heard them tell someone else they were out of a different drink in drive thru. Almost no donuts left and zero munchkins even on their slowest days. Also badly burned some plastic in their oven somehow while I was there and filled the whole place with smoke which was not pleasant. If you’re a high volume store that’s consistently out of the same products, then make the adjustment when ordering. Insane to be open all day but out of everything before lunch.

I placed an order at the drive thru this am and picked up 3 mobile orders. 1 of the mobile orders were missing items and I was missing part of my order. I called back 3 times and no one answered the call.

We ordered two drinks and two bagels via mobile. 40 minutes later, and we still don't have our drinks. I'm skipping this place next time and shopping local.

I dont understand why people go to work if they don't like their job or have a problem with it. Walked in and the two ladies who had been there all morning doing nothing didn't even say hello nor did they tell me I had to order at the kiosk the only way I found out where to order was because a older lady had just clocked in and the bald headed lady was telling her that she registers don't work and that they didn't do any drive thru orders all morning I feel bad for the lady who had to clock in and all the customers standing there had to hear about how all day they basically didn't do jack it's not fair that customers had to stand there and figure out where to get orders just by over hearing someone complain about how they didnt do anything all day. Worst Dunkin I have stepped foot in.

I have been going to Monroe location for years and it has always been pleasant. I always tip bc I appreciate their work being in the service industry myself. This morning one of the staff was extremely rude. I told them iced on a latte when they asked instead of frozen so I tried to apologize because the mistake was my fault and when a women was at the window I said to her "I apologize that was my fault for telling you iced when I meant frozen" and she snapped back very rudely "I didn't take your order i don't know what you're talking about" and rolled her eyes. I am a person who has little tolerance for unnecessary attitude so I yelled back "I was just trying to apologize damn" and then I got looked at crazy loke I was in the wrong. Which look at me how you want to but you do not talk to people like that. If you do not want to work around the public then get a new job period.
