I called about my online order being wrong. I was told i was wrong and when I asked to speak to a manager they hung up in my face. Extremely disrespectful staff at the moment.

I've never had an issue while ordering from this place. The service is great and I always receive my order fast! Shaundra (hopefully I am spelling her name right, lol!) is always a delight to talk to and I always look forward to seeing her at the drive-thru. She is very efficient and polite! She brightens me and my aunt's day whenever we stop there on our way to work. Great place!

Stop here every morning for coffee and most of the time breakfast. Everyone is always friendly and service is fast. My only complaint is that more often than you would think...my cup leaks and before I realize it, coffee all over my seats and clothes, but it hasn't stopped me from going!

Anybody believe in Omens? I haven't been to this Dunkin in over a year but needed something at the drug store & Dunkin was right there. I was really in the mood for a coffee roll, it was early morning but they had none left! Really? That's an omen to never go back to that Dunkin! Are they on rations? Poor planning on this Dunkin's part and it's enough warning that they're having financial or other issues and someplace I will never go back tom

Don't use the kiosk. There didn't seem to be any communication about who fills the order if you put it for hot food and donuts. If you must, use the drive through. Those customers seemed to be the top priority. I don't think I'll be going back.

Seeing as I can't email the company, I can't get a phone call in to complain I'll just make a Google review!!!!! This dunkin CAN NOT GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT!!!! We have been going almost daily! The workers all know us by name & face! When we order we send 1 person for multiple orders how is it they can never get it right! My French vanilla coffee was HAZELNUT my breakfast wrap had BACON on it ANOYHER NO GO for me. In 1 shot I spent 8.50 on a meal got the cold hasbrowns and that's all I had! I can't call to complain I get hung up on. It won't accept my email complain. So Google review so all can see that this dunkin can't get an order right! Yeah I'm MAD. And to offer me 250 points like WHAT! I DONT WANT THE DAMN POINTS I WANT MY MONEY BACK & GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
