East Coast Wings + Grill

I'm conflicted. First I waited 30 minutes for 10 wings dine in. Not cool when there's no one in the restaurant. But I enjoyed some drinks while we waited. The wings were surprisingly good so they tried to come in with the save. However someone asked my wife what do she like tequila or vodka. Hearing this my wife said tequila and the young lady made a wonderful martini. It was delicious. People that work at bar has bought us drinks plenty of times. I figured the last bought her a drink. WRONG!!! I anything I ask for. We didn't ask for it but was charged for it. I paid it but you're gonna get a review for the the really long wait time and charge of a drink that wasn't ordered. Maybe you'll get it better next time.

Wings were very greasy. I ordered "Santa Fe" style dry rub and most of my wings were not seasoned at all. Like they put the wings in a pile and barely dusted just the top with seasoning. Otherwise, the wings were cooked well and the seasoning had good flavor (well at least what I could taste did). The chips are overcooked and cooked in old oil, not very good, the fries are better. Ranch is good though!

Ordered extra hot buffalo wings with extra sauce since it’s always dry. But the person on the phone wrote down no flavors and look at the chickens. It’s sooo dry my teeth started hurting. And it’s very very cold, and no it hasn’t been that long, give or take 20 min. very disappointing. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to order from here anymore.

I called the number to order food at least six times. No answer and the voicemail is not set up. So I went to the restaurant to order my food and told two of the staff about the phone line and also double check to make sure I was dialing the right number. I was dialing the right number and the staff didn’t seem too worried at all that the number was not working and they could potentially be missing calls in business. Terrible customer service.

I order sweet potato fries and this is what I get. 7 fries. Worst place to get your food delivered from. I wouldn’t waste my money on this. I guess they cost $1 per fry!

Worst place I’ve ever ate at! Fries are very old and hard Mac and cheese disgusting and why is my chicken also hard as a rock? New management is very much needed! Replace the cooks as well.

* updating my review. It's gone downhill since I wrote this review 2 years ago, I'm disappointed.

I've been going here since the place first opened. I've seen a lot of staff come and go, along with management. Whomever they have running it now has really stepped up their game and has brought back delicious wings to the IT area.

Food was great the server was great but the manager is rude. They have a sign up for deals on gift cards but know nothing about it nor how to do it. Also they have a leave a review for 10% off and when I did the review he said oh that’s not for this time even though it didn’t say for next time anywhere. There are hidden fees when ordering food that they don’t advertise as well. For example all of the flavors except a couple for the wings you have to pay extra for. Again not advertised. Some how a 10 piece boneless, 15 piece bone in, corn, 2 fries and 2 drinks equaled to $70 when according to the menu should have been $55 at the most with tax included.

Went there for the first time yesterday. Went in, ordered 10 hot wings to go. Went to the bar to get a beer while I wait. Well, I was told 3 times in 15 minutes that someone would be right with me. No one ever came, so I went back by the take out door to wait. Another 35 min later, after asking for a refund at this point, they were magically ready... so, 50 min for 10 wings and no drink. I won't be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

I am a long time customer at the Indian Trail location. Today I was meeting with a client and taking all 7 to lunch at this location. I showed up early to get set up. I walked in and stood there for several minutes and no one helped me. I saw a woman that looked like she might be an employee talking to a customer at the bar. A person with a blue shirt on was at the bar cash register this entire time. I even stepped further out into the restaurant and still no one even acknowledged I was there. I walked out and called my client and apologized saying I didn’t think this place would be a good choice considering there would be 8 of us total. I took them across the street to The Trail House and we had a really good experience. The service at this location has been going downhill for a long time and I’ve put up with it however, I won’t be back by myself or to bring a client group. The owner has to know about this and should be ashamed to let it continue.

I had a great experience here recently! The owner and management team do an excellent job here. It is clean, the food is fresh and delicious, and the service is fast, friendly, and efficient. The menu has so many great options and I look forward to coming back soon with my family and friends.
I definitely recommend and will continue to share my good experience.
