Been to Frank’s a few times now. The food is fantastic. Coffee is also great. The atmosphere is weird, but I think that’s by design! Very eclectic environment. Would go again.

First off, I love east frank. Great food. Great slushies. Pretty good atmosphere. But the reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because they didn’t show up when it mattered the most and it took away from my time with my wife on Mother’s Day. Long story short, I ordered through uber eats, they ran out of a few things, we were not notified other than them marking it out on the receipt and still getting charged, meanwhile I also had to make 2 trips because the item they ran out of was my entire lunch. The only reason I didn’t give it a 1 star is because of Quincy. I will likely go back, not on a holiday. - updated to 3 stars - Quincy was great. He handled everything very professionally. But he didn’t get there till I was leaving the first time and I’m pretty sure he answered the phone when I called on the way back the second time and got me some food. I was trying not to be irritated but it was rough. Thanks for the response.

East Frank is by far my favorite restaurant in all of Union county. Everything I have tried from them has been fantastic. The staff are absolutely wonderful, they are the true heart of this establishment. They are the reason I visit East Frank every week, sometimes multiple visits a week. xoxo

My boo and I are at East Frank almost every Sunday for brunch. We are also there some week nights for dinner.

The vibe is immaculate. The staff is kind. The selection of craft beer is out of this world. And please do not even get me started on the food!! (But if you were to get me started on the food, I’d rave about the breakfast bahn mi. And their hot chicken!!)
