I was in class in Monroe and we were dismissed for lunch hour. My friend, Brian, chose El Vallarta. It was close and we could get in and out quickly. The staff provided friendly service. The quesadilla was not too bad. The lunch specials were under $10. We had an enjoyable lunch and then back to class.
