Firehouse Subs Monroe

I ordered and the person takeing the order he asked for my order after he did not ask me my name and never told me when it was done. He said I do not know .some time just come over. When my husband came to get the order did not have my order ready not even started. I asked for whole weat and got reg bread . This is the 2 time your service has been real bad.

This absolutely the SLOWEST, Firehouse Subs I've ever been to. There were 4 people working, the 2 behind the counter just stood there looking at me, I had to ask them if I could order, the other 2 didn't really do anything. It took over 20 minutes to get 2 cold subs and then we got home they weren't even made the way we ordered them. NEVER AGAIN!
I love Firehouse Subs, but not this one.

They barely put any vegetables, and often forget to put the ones you ask for. Even when you ask for extra, you still get barely anything. For example, I asked for extra olives, but got maybe 6 pieces of olives total.

The gluten-free bread is the best I've had. Sweet and spicy meatball is delicious. This is my new favorite place.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I tried addressing management & received no results! Do not eat here. The Health Department needs to shut them down asap.

Ordered a steak and cheese sub and the bread was extremely soggy and not edible without it falling apart in your hands.Very disappointed and still hungry!

Order was wrong, I called to report it, I was told to come back to get it right, I was already on the road, I asked if I can comeback later, I was told by the manager NO.. If I want my sub right I HAD TO COMEBACK...Not a friendly management, very disappointing.

This is the only place to get a sub Subway is no place to go unless you like brown lettuce Rotten Tomatoes add them to weigh out your food on a scale to make sure they're not giving you too much meat I can eat Firehouse Subs all day long they are awesome but Subway is so stingy with their food that's really not getting what you pay for so I'm glad we have Firehouse if you really want to eat a good sub go to Firehouse

I ordered to go, when I got home it was not prepared correctly, I called the store and I was told to come back any time to get my sandwich back. I went today, surprisingly whoever answered the phone never wrote my name down, so the manager did not want to honor their mistake, I told the manager that I was gone to writte a review and he said that is ok...they don't really care about customer service.. I drove and I wasted 15 minutes of my time.
