If you want Five Guys, spend the extra time going to another location. This place is slow. They try calling their regular burgers doubles and the little burgers singles, but I bought both types and they gave the same size burgers on both the little cheese burger and the regular cheeseburger. They didn't give the toppings we asked for either. Our table and the ones around us were filthy with pieces of meat and fries, and it wasn't at all busy at the time.

I am a past patron of this location. The food has always been good in the past and the service friendly. Today’s experience was enough to make me not want to return. Friendly greeting at the counter. We were able to get a table soon after ordering but it took a while to get our food. When we did get our food, the order was wrong. We ordered three burgers, varying toppings and condiments for each, and fries. None of the three burgers were prepared correctly. When I took them back to the counter to get them corrected I was asked, “Do you want us to give you the toppings and you put them on or do you really want us to remake them?”-emphasis on the “really”. So, they remade the burgers. The second time around, they were still incorrect. We did go ahead and eat the burgers this time because now we had waited through two makings and we were ready to eat. We will not be returning anytime soon. I will not keep paying for food that cannot be made correctly the first time around.

Over all, I like Five Guys. They are very over priced, but good. My bigger issue with this specific location is that in my opinion the franchise owner is such a sheisty business operator, it will be a cold day in hell before I give him a single penny of my money.

Five Guys has always been our favorite burger and fry spot. So we’re sad to say that our last two times there were extremely disappointing. We found that recently, BK’s Whopper and fries, have been just as good, or better than what we received from Five Guys. Especially for the money. What has happened Five Guys!!?? Your fries… all soft and floppy-like (with malt vinegar of course) used to be the best fries around. I made a meal sometimes of fries alone. But not anymore.😩. Now they’re just like every other fast food joints fries. Please bring back the AAHHMAZING to your food.
