Prices went up everywhere I know but man these were almost 15$ for a bacon cheeseburger and the patties weren’t all that big. Fries were cooked apparently in old oil because they were super brown and got cold very quickly. Would have just returned everything had I known how they were but we were in a rush to get home and didn’t check. They used to be so much better, don’t think I’ll bring the family back there again.

picked up a doordash from the monroe location and waited for 25 minutes. people were coming in after i arrived and received their food quicker. everybody was moving very slow and employees weren't friendly.

Food and Service were great, but the sun beams straight in and it makes it hard to sit and enjoy your meal without being blinded. Some shades would really help

The service is horrendous. Slow and even has priority service for friends of the staff. I saw 2people get served b/c they knew the staff. The ambiance sucks. No where to sit and service is slow, so people are standing around after getting their food waiting for a table. While the food is good it is not so good I can overlook the rest of below standard service and no place to sit.

Waited 30 mins and $20 just for them to put nothing on the hamburger I asked for like lett, Tom, pickle,extra pickle and onion. This is ridiculous and on top of that they don't even have a phone number for the store so I can talk to a person about this problem instead I get a automated juke cuz they don't care they already have the money. Save the money and time go anywhere else. It's been two weeks now since original post, I called there corporate line as well, left my number with multiple ppl and I have still never heard from anyone.
Went in for burgers and shakes and no milkshakes tonight. This isn't the frist time the milkshakes were down. Sorry guys McDonalds owns those rights get it together that's 2 separate meals for family of 4 you lost.

We know going in that the prices are high and the fries aren't great. The burgers are always awesome. However, we ordered a $7 BLT which consisted of a big bun, lots of lettuce, two tomatoes, a good amount of mayo, and two pathetic pieces of thin sliced bacon. Please stop cheap-ing out.

The long haired black shirt guy informed me they were closed and then along with a couple other employees they began to laugh and point at the open sign that they keep on…
