Terrible environment for some one with disabilities.
Very hot and humid almost daily due to poor HVAC systems.
I wouldn't bowl there unless you are perfectly healthy and not suspect to heat exhaustion.
The owner possiblely violates the Americans with disabilities act?
I'm going to inquire the city of Monroe about it.
The head pro i believe it was, is a total jerk.

But most staff is kind and fun.
Except for the supposed pro and the old guy that works counter.
Both real poor with customers and both cold as ice and don't care except for your money.
But it is a very nice place with loads of potential if properly run.

Pretty nice place there was like 5 other people bowling the food wasn't that great and i do feel like its a bit over priced my husband paid $15 for 2 hot dogs and some fries but bathrooms and alley are clean it would be nice place to take the family overall we would come back everybody was nice and welcoming

Food is terrible. It’s dirty. The staff is rude. Would not recommend. Nothing good to say about this establishment.

How to improve. First take down the sign that say no refunds on food. I ordered loaded nachos and was disgusting. lettuce was old chicken was dry and it came with onions. The menu doesn't say crap about onions. I mention this to our waiter and he laughed about it. But now I see why you have a sign that says no refund because your food sucks. Also this place is really dirty. Dust was falling on my head as I tried.to eat my nasy food I ordered since they are no refunds. Thank you an hope you have a good New Years

My 17yo son had came here for a pre-birthday bowling party, everyone had a great time! The staff/ owner is very nice, he made sure everything went smoothly with the group of teens. I like family atmosphere at bowling, safe here. Will be back.
