The food was great. I had a combo meal for $10 it included salad, hamburger, nuggets and drink. Great value and hamburger was excellent I would go again.

Ordered a double teriyaki burger and only got a single but they managed to charge $2 for added avocado. The other burger which was the same except no bun had onion (ordered with onions) feel sure our future is bleak based on our meal as there is no pride in the job you perform or you just send the food out and wait for the customer to have you fix it. No customer service. Won't be coming back. Logan's will be getting our business in the future or Hardee's

Terrible place to eat, you either have to wait 30-45mins in drive thru for a hamburger or wait 10-15mins and get a half raw/red/pink burger for $10. And they never change their frying oil, so fries/onion rigs are discussing. Don’t waste your money here.

Took forever to get my order. They were going to make fresh fries to make up for it. They didn't come, whe I had finished and on my way out I was given my fries. Not impressed. The burger was pretty good, would have been better hot. The number they called out was not my phone number.
Check your orders. You can wait 20-30 minutes and your food is still wrong

I swear this is the most consistently great burger place ever. And they’re always emailing me deals if you sign up for their rewards club. I literally drive 40 minutes to Monroe because they close the one in Charlotte. But it’s so worth it. And now I’m falling in love with not just their burgers but also their chicken bites. So yummy.

Not so good service came in and one of the employees was upset that a customer changed his order from dine in to carry out because he had to leave, but the food was made up for it but then they got my order wrong,I wish that I never came. People craving some burgers go to way back burgers.
