If you want hardee's, save yourself the trouble and go to the hardee's at the love's in pageland. So the headache with this specific hardee's started a couple months ago when me and my crew went to this location for lunch. One of my co-workers gets the frisco blt style, i order a frisco no tomato. Some how they make 2 of the blt's. Thought it was just a mistake, but i dont think its a mistake when it happened the next 3 trips to this location. On one of the trips, i checked the burger before i left, told them what was wrong, just to be told its correct, and another time they called my number 4 different times just for them to rip the bag off the counter as soon as i get to it. So i thought id out smart the system and get a burger without any vegitables. I order a double monster burger, pay for a double, but get a single. So i just stopped eating there for lunch completely and just started hitting the tacobell next door. Once again i though id found a system that was fail proof, the online ordering, since ill be the one customizing and placing the order. So i tried to order breakfast for my crew using the app, 5 super bacon biscuits and 1 super bacon biscuit combo, i paid for 1 combo and 5 biscuits just to get to my jobsite and find out there were only 5 biscuits total in the bag. I feel like there is complete incompetence in who ever is in the kitchen. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Yall have fooled me enough, i refuse to return back to this location. Save yourself the headache, bypass the monroe location and just go to pageland. They will get your order right

Nobody came to speaker when I drove to the window they told me to pull around when I got there there were 2 cars ahead of me then took 15 minutes to get the food and they didn't even give me my hash rounds, will not be back.

My first time at this Hardee's. Food was good! Really really good. Store was clean.
They brought out the food to us that was still cooking (fresh tenders) and checked to make sure we were all good.
Loved the Frisco, the tenders, and the fried apple pies.
Definitely will be back!

I ordered through the app the blueberry biscuits got my food the chicken biscuit was delicious but I waited til later to eat my blueberry biscuits but found out that I got cinnamon rolls I was upset because no one told me so it took them back to the store & went in I thought they were closed because everyone was sitting down. Nobody was working but I guess not because they didn't have any business. But anyway, I was met with a lady that had a headband on in glasses, and she was very rude. She wasn't trying to help me at all, and then she called for a manager bce i was sure if she was but the white guy came up he was the only one that tried to help me with the situation and stuff. I just don't understand that if they don't have an item, why is it not deactivated on the app? He told me that they don't have any control over that that he's been trying to call the people to get it deactivated, because they hadn't had the blueberry biscuits in months and that they keep giving him the runaround. My thing is the girl in the DT should have said something even the receipt said blueberry biscuits so why would you not ask the paying customer if it was ok to switch i wouldn't have said yes or no but atleast it showed that they cared somewhat i just didnt like the attitude that I was met with, either mean everyone except the white guy had an attitude just ridiculous

African American woman with a headband around her head on Saturday morning at 6:20 taking the orders from the drive-thru and handing out the food was the absolute most rude woman I think I've ever come across in my entire life. She was rude taking the orders didn't even greet you at the menu until you said something at the box and then when she hands out the food she's snarky didn't even say a word to me didn't repeat my order didn't tell me my total anything except when she handed me my food she said here. This woman needs to be taught some manners. I mean excuse me for coming through your drive-thru and making you do your job that you were getting paid for. For the prices Hardee's charges I expect at least to be treated like a human and not a piece of garbage.

The food was overcooked I expected a fish sandwich to taste better but it was real smelly fishy The lettuce was wilted service was slow there wasn't even anyone in there but it was still slow like it always is at Hardee's they didn't even put ranch dressing on my daughter's ranch wraps I think they may have squirted a squirt on there of ranch I had to ask for extra ranch Hardee's is never had great service nor food but we were hungry
