Manager Taylor actually hung up the phone on me when I called to report missing items on an order on March 30, 2024. She said we would be given a refund if we ordered again within a week? I called back to ask for her and person who I spoke with ( male) was disrespectful and very impolite..not fit for customer service, much like Taylor. Cannot recommend unfortunately after years of being a customer. Will be addressing with upper management.

I was so disappointed in my mix it seafood plate I literally cried when I seen the portion for the amount of money I spent if your looking for seafood Togo go to mayflower there portions are way bigger and taste so good I feel so ripped off never order seafood here again then hosted got an attitude when I added more I'm never eating here even tho the food over all tasted pretty good

If there is an option for a zero, it would be too generous. took my family there for dinner and ordered broiled scallops. when they arrived they had a pungent fish smell and I tried them anyway and spit them out. They were bad. Megan, our server was incredibly sweet and offered a new plate; however, I declined. They actually charged for the baked potato and salad -very bad business choice. went to the manager and she said this was the policy and she would refund me if I wanted to be refunded.. told her to keep it, would not be back and went back to my seat. I actually told the waitress if she got the money back she could keep the additional money for her tip. Megan was great, the food, attitude and policy are to be desired. If you enjoy bad/old seafood, then this is your place otherwise don't waste your money. complete disappointment and unprofessional.

I’m sure I might be working her name incorrectly as a lot of people do mine, but Jamilyn was amazing. Truly the best server I’ve had *ever*. Never have I ever had a server ask my name, say it right, AND remember it. You guys have a great one. Also the Monterrey chicken was the bomb dot com!

The Food was awful. The oil the food was fried in was old. The popcorn shrimp, coconut shrimp and hush puppies was terrible. The food was bland with a nasty taste. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. The only thing that was good was the very sexy martini. 78.00 wasted in this economy.
The food and service are top notch! The staff is super friendly. They don't need to advertise. This establishment is a Monroe staple. I have had a different dish each visit and have never been disappointed. Awesome fish, steak, and pasta. You can't go wrong. Great apps and solid beer selection on tap. I do miss the downstairs Oyster Bar. That has been closed since COVID.

The food is consistently good, and so is the service. It would be nice to have an atmosphere free of news, however. When I am paying for a nice meal with good company, I don't want to see news, especially if it's not accurate. There's enough stress in life, I don't need it while trying to enjoy my meal. How about music or something more neutral?

Okay so the last time my family gathered here for dinner, I counted it was a bad day for this restaurant. So we met again last Friday night and three of us ordered the prime rib again and it was not good. When the waitress brought out the plates, it meat was cold and potatoes warm. Sent it back and it was warm but swimming in a sea of what tasted like bouillon cubes, it was so salty your couldn't eat it. Not going back.. done, life is too short..

I am so happy my family and I finally found a place that has really good fish in monroe definitely worth the price they give you alot of food. We had to end up taking home the rest of the food and sides. They have so much to choose from. They have a really nice cozy bar in the restaurant.I would love to bring our Friends there. The whole place is just nice and cozy.Can't wit to go back again ?
