If I could give less than one star, I would. Worst wings I have ever had. Cooked way too long, skin was thick and hard, and inside was slimy. The fries were greasy and soggy. Just terrible. Never again.

The manager was clueless to who had what order. As I was standing there staring at a order ready to be sent off and nobody even bothered to read the name on the bag. So as the manager was asking the other gentleman next to me what his order was he finally got the bright idea to look at the bag waiting on the shelf. buddy was rude just because I said, " is this the pick up spot of its wings." He replies, " it's just wings and yes." LIKE STFU DONT CORRECT ME IM TIRED JUST GET THE DAMN FOOD.

I just had a great experience dining at the Monroe chilis. The wait staff were so pleasant and very good at thier jobs. Food was great and my steak was cooked perfectly.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

Service was quick from restaurant to my door step ! Fries were seasoned good but a little cold and the wings were good with the sauce . It was a little hard on some of them but overall still good ! Would definitely get again

I order is just wings through DoorDash and they send me wrong wings. These wings were bleeding and they will not do anything about it. They will not refund me or make the wings correctly and send it back. Do not order from its just wings. It's just Raw wings.

If you enjoy flavorless wings, this is the place for you!! The variety of options in sauces are because they're compensating for the lack of flavor in the wings. In addition the wings were cold. I arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up time to make sure the wings were hot and fresh. Should’ve saved my time and money.
Got my entire order wrong missing half my food and drink. Foods colder than Ice didn’t even feel like reheating it because it wouldn’t taste the same. 0/10 experience whoever made this order didn’t know what they were doing.

I've had them before and it was good. Last time, and especially this time I ordered food and there was almost 0 sauce on the wings. highly disappointing. Guess it's time to find a new wing place

Last year, we had a Ho-hum experience, as many others reported in their reviews, and just went elsewhere. Well, that was a while back. Apparently, management got busy, made some changes and our visit today was simply awesome. Food was as ordered, timely, and well-prepared. The wait staff was on point and intuitive. Didn’t have to wait for refills, they just appeared - a small but telling detail that says they are focused. That was typical of the entire ordering process. We were greeted and made to feel welcome. We were seated where we preferred, even though that side was closed. No argument nor discussion either… just prompt seating. This was very appreciated. We need some to go boxes. One came with some sauce, not requested, just appeared…. Good intuitive service…. They “ got it right”! We’ll be back
