Person at window couldn't understand My order. Tried to tell Me they didn't serve what I was ordering though it was plainly on the menu board and is one of their main items. Then after ordering, he didn't even ring up My order correctly.

First of all, Brisa got our order wrong. She didn't read it back or anything. The lobby was dirty and FREEZING. When we asked politely if they could turn up the heat they rudely said "we don't control that".

The service was fairly quick but I could only understand maybe 40% of what she was saying. And I'm fairly confident she didn't understand at least some of what I was saying considering when I got home to eat my order was incorrect. The exterior was dirty and looked to be in dire need of pressure washing. Also there was a very, very homeless man hanging out in the lobby walking around and blowing his nose.
