I was treated disrespectful by team leader esperanza who at first was reading my order and stop because she notice who I was and reply oh its you. And continue by slaming the drive Thur window and walking off and didn't process to charge me so I waited about a whole 5-7 min extra for the one taking the orders to charge me. since esperanza fail to do her job and fail to keep professional manners . I paid 50 dollars in my order so jack in the box to treat paying customers like this ? I would like to be reached back with an apology thur this company no wonder Monroe jack in the box is slowing gaining bad reviews because you fail to train you staff properly and keep disrespectful management. Vanessa need to Train her managers better because they are rude to guest .

The employees are rude and disinterested in taking a meal order. I repeated my order 4 times, and it was still wrong. I overpaid for burnt tasteless food. They only have small cups for your drink. She doesn't repeat your order or give you a total. She does not make eye contact when taking your payment. She doesn't even say thank you. She practically threw my order at me and closed the window before I could ask for taco sauce. DO NOT EAT HERE, WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!

I enjoy Jack in the box food so much that I drove 35mins to get some, at 4am from Charlotte to 1600 Roosevelt blvd , just for the person working to tell me we don’t open until 5am. This restaurant needs worker’s that enjoy serving to the public ..I even asked about operating hours just for clarification dude laughed and continue doing what he was doing which didn’t consist of working whoever the store manager is should get rid of that employee working over night
