Ordered delivery for a pizza and waited almost an hour before calling to ask where my order was. They told me my order should be there shortly. Waited another 20 minutes and called back, apparently they didnt have a delivery driver and didnt tell me this so they gave it to doordash and it was “stolen”. If you dont have a way to deliver then dont offer it. This was my first time ordering and l will probably not try them again.

Great pizza as many have said. Management needs to handle the pickup line better! Doordashers are overwhelming the counter, and customers are waiting way, way too long in line as the watch their pizza get cold behind the counter. 10 people in the store, and one guy working the counter! Absurdly inefficient and a simple fix. Who cares if my pizza was ready in 20 minutes if I have to wait in another 20 minute line to get it!

What is going on with this Indian Trail location on Old Monroe Road at Sun Valley? Have their pizzas shrunk on size? I ordered a Large Jet 10 and what I got looked like a Medium. It was overcooked as well with hard crunchy toppings and hard burnt edges. Terrible! The last two times I've ordered from here the pizza has been completely wrong. I get it, they get busy and I've been very forgiving on past orders but not this time. This is completely unacceptable for such expensive pizza. I won't be back!

This is the best deep dish pizza I've ever had. We got the Detroit style deep dish in chicken bacon ranch and Hawaiian. They were both excellent but the chicken bacon ranch was superb! The crust had a nice perfect crispy-ness to it that was outstanding. The person who helped us was also extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely be back.

I have been going to this Jets pizza for many years. I have a severe allergy to gluten where I stop breathing. I spoke to the manager who wanted to question me considerably when I explain this is a deep dish crust that I received. I asked for a refund which she kept continuing to cut me off. I will never ever go to this location in Indian trail again horrible service when you need to be 200% sure you’re serving gluten-free crust if someone request it, my receipt says gluten-free and it’s not Deep dish crust I have a deep dish crust.

I ordered the Greek salad (which is always great) for delivery to work and garlic bread ...total was $37 and change not including tip. I Sked for 2 ranch dressings as the salad is big. I received a call to tell me the salad cones with one ranch dressing and I need to pay for the second. I never have paid for the second ranch dressing and thought paying almost $40 for a salad and bread you could have thrown in an extra ranch dressing... Called customer service people! I will not be back...we will use the Matthews location going forward.
