Service was good, don't really like being pulled up and then no condiments being put in my bag, which if you ask for when you're pulled up you seem like the jerk but chicken strips are eaten with sauce. People like ketchup on fries and hot sauce on chicken from a chicken place. Major reason that being pulled up and the person filling your order not being considerate enough to add sauce to the bag!

Worst experience ever. I went in was not sure what I wanted to eat. The lady with the big eyelashes catches attitude walk away and once I found out what I want I said I’m ready three times she looked at me and acted like she could not hear me.
When my food was done, I was not called to come and pick my food up from the counter. It was just standing there for everyone to walk by and breathe on and possibly spit in my food, not on purpose.
This female was dark skin not that it matters with big eyelashes. This is not a racist thing. I’m also black.
The other was light skin. They both acted like they didn’t wanna be at work.
Vanessa Montgomery might want to be at work when they’re scheduled or put them in the back and cook.

Great food when it's fresh !! I visited today to get a simple 2 PC breast meal mixed with original and extra crispy at 630 pm on 9/28 /24 the sides were good however I received 2 original breast's with 2 peices of bread instead of the biscuit if they were out of crispy they could have simply said that I've been eating at this location since I was 18 I am now 43 not complaining just please pay attention.

Worst KFC EVER! They tried to give me food someone else brought back in from the drive thru because they messed the orders up and gave mine to someone else. Nasty environment with ignorant lazy employees. Be aware!

If I had known it was going to be this much of a disappointment I would have called the colonel myself. So you get a container that's half full of the green beans. Then you get a half full container of very sloppy mashed potatoes. And the smallest cup of gravy possible!!!! So that I'm hoping that once I take a bite of chicken then I'm going to be happy with my original recipe well the recipe of the skin was so hard and crunchy probably had been sitting there over an hour. And the only reason they get a 1 out of 5 is because you can't go negative !!! No one at this store in Monroe should have a job they don't show any level of professionalism even when they speak. Y'all need to go to the unemployment line!!! If you acted the way I saw every person in that store respond to each customer...you would ALL BE FIRED ON THE SPOT.!!!WRETCHED US MY KINDEST WORD. if that wasn't enough...the AC wasn't working!!! 84° in the building !!! It was 86° outside?¿?¿?¿ if I didn't have 40 YEARS of experience in the food service industry?...I might think it was an OFF DAY! no chance!!! I will bad mouth your store till the COWS COME HOME!!! THEN ...comes the vomiting!!!
