Good food and service, came out fast and fresh

I was very hungry when I entered knife and fork on a Thursday at 4:00. The server with pierced face was very polite and nice and greeted me with smile when i entered the door. She was able to get the waitress and get my food to me quicker than I have ever had. Top notch service for a top-notch establishment. I will be coming here more often.

Food was amazing as always. Little hole in the wall diner that I love. My family has been coming here for years. Shonda was our waitress. Started out fine came over to take our order and then my mom was talking to another waitress and she walked away. She was rude, didn’t talk to us outside of taking our order, didn’t check on us after getting our food at all, and I had to ask another waitress for a refill on my drink twice. Never had an issue with a waitress there. Won’t come back if Shonda is my waitress

Sanitation grade is poor, I tried to order a large plate of dumplings with corn bred - she said we only have one size with to sides, this is stupid I want what I want not what you offer, charged $25,00 for the same $12,50 plate at Juds - my last trip to this place

Service was great ? Food: not so great?
Eggs tasted old. Livermush was way over cooked and the cheese in the omelette tasted funky.
Off my list now.

Best restaurant in town the cashier ther was awesome

The most racist restaurant in Union county. The girl at the register with the piercing in her face with the brown hair in a ponytail on that was there on 10/02/2024 was so rude. Me and my family observed just to make sure we wasn't mistaken. She was legitly nice to everybody that was white and Hispanic but was terrible towards black people we all treated her with respect and all we got from her was the attitude. I'll never go back there again and I suggest all black people not to go there either take your business where your appreciate....

I tried this restaurant after reading that the country style steak was the best. It is true!! Very delicious along with the home-style cooked veggies. We love it and frequent about every 1-2 weeks for the special of the day. Friendly service.
