I have doordash this restaurant here before and the customers have always said the food was great. So I had to try it! Walking in, appeared to have two cashiers. They also appeared to be busy. We went ahead and ordered a beef Philly cheese meal and two chicken tender meals. After 30 minutes of waiting, I requested a refund, and the oriental lady said start working on 115. One of the cashier stated boneless takes longer too cook when I said I been here 30 minutes. I didn’t even get wings. The location appeared to be filling individual orders first. I had 115 order like 120 was being filled before we were being called. The good part was the food was delicious, but the customer service, and organization must be improved. We will give it another try another time; MAYBE!
