The last few orders were not good but this one took the cake. We ordered a pep and a cheese. Both pizzas lacked sauce, were dry, cold, poorly made and covered in burnt trash from a dirty pan. Just horrible with no kitchen standards at all. Awaiting a refund from corporate because when I contacted the store they wouldn't answer the phone. So if the refund comes I am out the tip money for the delivery guy and time wasted dealing this. In the pics you can see about 2-2.5 inches of un-topped crust, burnt trash on the bottom and dry overcooked state.

Horrible got there ahead of time and pizza was ready 10 min before notified and was not hot No sauce on the pizza, cheese black. Can't pull it apart like the commercial. Bit the pizza and the pepperoni and cheese came off. It's like I ordered baked bread Don't order anything from Little Caesars it's not worth it at all. Get it from QT it's better NFL should take their name off the box immediately
Pull in on a Sunday at 5pm wait 4 cars ahead and asked did we pre order and we did not. Told NO PIZZA ready. 30 minute wait. What a joke. Do not recommend. Thisbis a place where pizza is supposed to bevready to go within a reasonable time or have pizza ready for customers who decide to pull in. Avoid this place and rude as well.

I CANNOT say enough wonderful things about this location. The Indian Trail location committed to and then cancelled a 40-pizza order. I was providing pizzas for two school's worth of teachers and wasn't sure what I would do. I called this Monroe location and they immediately assured me they could accommodate my request and had very positive attitudes. They didn't complain about the size of the order, and went out of their way to help make transporting as easy as possible. Paige, Ann-Lynne, and Natasha deserve a raise!! They truly saved the day and I am so grateful for them!

This is probably the second or third time this has happened, but the pizza I ordered came incorrect. I honestly do not know how hard it is to follow instructions when you ask for cheese sauce and get marinara. If you don't have cheese sauce then update the damn app.

Employee was rude teied talking to another customer while talking to me. And me snd my fiance have been sick since we ate there a few hours ago. The cheese on the pizza tasted old.

Normally donāt leave reviews but this place is just ridiculous !! I went for pizza at least 3 days this past weekā¦ they had NOTHINGā¦ told me they ran out of pizza and then their oven brokeā¦other days, 45 mins to an hour waitā¦. today 6/16, went there, not 1 cheese pizza and 1 crazy bread then was told it was a 25 minute waitā¦. Everytime I went to the window, the music was so loudddddd and not appropriate at allā¦.

The food we received yesterday was horrible! The pizza was super burnt and the wings were undercooked. The guy who made my pizza got upset because I had requested him to remake my pizza. He complained the whole time in the back. The pizza he did remake was very mushy and not fully baked.

Do not go here. Natasha the manager is very very rude. We had trouble ordering online so we called and they would not give us the deal. I asked her several questions and she got more upset.
