This is probably the second or third time this has happened, but the pizza I ordered came incorrect. I honestly do not know how hard it is to follow instructions when you ask for cheese sauce and get marinara. If you don't have cheese sauce then update the damn app.

Employee was rude teied talking to another customer while talking to me. And me snd my fiance have been sick since we ate there a few hours ago. The cheese on the pizza tasted old.

Worst service. I saw 3 people but none will come out to take my order. When I came to pick my order I waited for another 10 mins. Food was not good either. I won’t recommend this place.

Normally don’t leave reviews but this place is just ridiculous !! I went for pizza at least 3 days this past week… they had NOTHING… told me they ran out of pizza and then their oven broke…other days, 45 mins to an hour wait…. today 6/16, went there, not 1 cheese pizza and 1 crazy bread then was told it was a 25 minute wait…. Everytime I went to the window, the music was so loudddddd and not appropriate at all….

The food we received yesterday was horrible! The pizza was super burnt and the wings were undercooked.
The guy who made my pizza got upset because I had requested him to remake my pizza. He complained the whole time in the back. The pizza he did remake was very mushy and not fully baked.

Do not go here. Natasha the manager is very very rude. We had trouble ordering online so we called and they would not give us the deal. I asked her several questions and she got more upset. I didn’t want her to lose a sale, but I said that I wasn’t gonna pay more at the store when I can get the deal online. She said “well then, that sucks bye.”

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but here goes. We loved this location months ago with their old manager but since she left the place has gone down hill. They never have hot n ready in stock regardless of meal time or not. When we do get a pie, it’s not good. The service is also sub par. Again, I don’t like leaving bad reviews or giving negative feedback but I keep having these experiences over and over again.

Ordered through the phone and I couldn’t understand at all, kept having to repeat myself in hopes that she’ll get my order right(she didn’t), also noticed a guy with shoulder length hair that wasn’t tied back💀hope I don’t find hair in my food

The actual pizza is good just make sure they cut it right because they cannot cut a pizza to save their lives it’s always so poorly cut that you have to cut it yourself to even take the pieces apart when you get home

Last 3 times I ordered online for pickup and the pizzas are NEVER ready on time. I even choose a pickup time 30 minutes out instead of ASAP to try and avoid this issue again. Nope, still sitting around with other ticked-off customers waiting 25-30 minutes past their order time. Refund offered but no discount offered. He gave me a free marinara…. Just pathetic. This is my last time. The whole point is fast and inexpensive. Well, I’ll pay a little more for better pizza somewhere else. My time also has value.

Put in an online order and showed up 20 mins after ordering. Was told my food would be ready in 5 mins, but then 10 mins later I see the cashier put my cheese bread in the oven that he prepped without gloves on and then comes and tells me that they’re waiting on my cheese bread. Waited in store for 23 mins before my food was in my had which means my pizzas sat on the counter outside the hotbox for 15+ mins. There was 1 other order waiting inside and nobody in drive thru. Saw people come and go and get their pizzas no problem but he made sure to tell every single customer how swamped they were tonight even though they served less than 5 orders while I waited. All in all I waited 45 mins from order time to pizza in hand (cold) from a place whose pizzas take less than 15 mins to cook and I went late at night at their slowest time. They definitely forgot to put my stuff in the oven despite telling me it’d be ready in 5 mins
