Olivia deserves a shout-out 👏 — upbeat, quick on her feet, and genuinely kind. The ribs were melt-in-your-mouth good đŸ€Œ, every bite juicy and rich. I didn’t expect much from the broccoli, but wow
 crisp, flavorful, and honestly crave-worthy đŸ„Š. Drinks, on the other hand, leaned too sweet and syrupy đŸč— definitely more “family spot” than cocktail bar. The overall atmosphere felt relaxed, easygoing, and perfect for a no-fuss dinner. Price matched the portions, and the service really lifted the experience. Ribs + broccoli are the clear winners here, no question đŸ”„.

Love Logan's.

Reception staff, waitresses, everyone is cheerfully, attentive and prompt. Rolls are fresh and hot, salads are always good and have never had to send food back. My wife loves the Chicken Tender Salad, my kids had salmon and catfish and cleaned their plates.

Family of 4 about $15 a person is not bad.

Definition of an average visit. Was greeted quickly by the host and manager when we walked in. Server was a little awkward but serviceable. She wasn't terrible but wasn't exactly great either. 2 people in my party had their steaks miscooked. We notified our server and it was fixed promptly and efficiently. The remake was great and brought out by the mod. I think for the price now a days I have higher expectations but overall it wasn't a terrible visit. Probably won't be back with the amount of options in the area.

The potato soup tasted and smelled like a dirty kitchen wash cloth. My baked potato was dry and not loaded like I asked. I waited 20 minutes before someone came to the table to ask for drinks. And I was over charged. She went to speak to the manager and he or she never came out to apologize just said they can void it and recharge the card. We had 2 separate bills with the exact same meals and one was still more than the other check. Looks as though they charge what they want to charge. Not happy with this place. This is the 3rd time I see that they charge what they want to charge. The bathrooms were disgusting and the bread was too buttery, you can leave a hand print on the table from just touching it.

I've been to this steakhouse multiple times and it's always amazing. The food, the atmosphere, and most of all the service. I've only ever had one bad experience and the Manager went out of his way to correct it and gave us our next meal free. Can't say enough about how much my 2ife and I love this place.

The food is usually great, with a good dine-in experience. However, today I was extremely disappointed when I tried to call in a to-go order. I called the number, and as directed pressed 1 to place an order. I was left on hold for OVER 34 MINUTES before someone picked up to take my order!!! I had time to make the 30 minute drive to Logan’s, and was already parked in a to-go space. Finally someone answered. I asked her how long it would take to prepare my order, she said about 30 minutes. I kindly explained that since I had already waited 35 minutes for my call to be answered, that was too long. She sharply retorted “oh no, you’ve only been waiting 5 minutes”! Unbelievable! As someone who regularly dines at your establishment, I couldn’t believe that she was disagreeing with me, WHILE I WAS STARING AT THE CALL TIME on my phone! I explained that I was looking at the call time on my phone, and bizarrely she again said “you’ve been waiting 5 minutes”! I’m a Pastor and a man of strong ethics. I despise the insinuation that I would lie!!! Since I was already parked at Logan’s, I almost went inside to talk to someone in person. But, I took a deep breath and told the girl on the phone “never mind”. I hung up and drove away. Taking the $ I was prepared to pay for 2 T-bone meals, plus my usual generous tip with me. I recommend that you train someone in the basic skill of how to answer a phone! Also, how to respond to the customer who has bizarrely been waiting on hold for over half an hour! I calmly and patiently await your response. We’ll see if Logan’s really does care about their customers.

Hate to leave a bad review. Waitress was very nice and engaging. But food came out at different times. Appetizers came literally after an entree was served. Steak came out over cooked. Asked to send back. Second attempt was almost raw. (We never send a steak back) Long wait with hardly anyone in the restaurant.

Ask for medium rare steak. Steak came and was well done. Waitress took steak back and brought me another steak that was medium rare. She was very helpful and had a great attitude.
