Logans in Monroe is a good location for this chain restaurant. I definitely enjoy the service from most of the waiters/waitresses when we go. They have a side party room for gatherings and priced well for this day and age. Drinks hit the spot too.

Not sure if we will ever be back to this location again. Upon entering the restaurant the hostess appeared to want to be anywhere but in the front of the house greeting guests. No smile, no welcome to Logan’s. Her non verbal body language said really just seat yourself.After waiting five minutes for our server to arrive we finally were able to get drink orders. After thirty minutes we finally got yeast rolls which were hot and delicious but the reason for the wait was the serving baskets they come in were all being cleaned. I guess the staff here are not empowered to improvise and put rolls on another plate. But maybe that is a management decision. Nearly 35 minutes in our server says they are plating food and it will be right out. Five minutes later our server says the pork chops I ordered were burnt and they were being recooked. At the forty five minute mark the food came to the table but at this point the steak and sweet potato must have been sitting somewhere, not under a heat lamp, but the steak and sweet potato were cold. The steak and potato taken back into the kitchen and were brought back out in five minutes so maybe the original was just reheated. Either way we had it packaged to go.The manager was never observed on the floor. Never went to any table let alone ours when food went back.In no way do we blame our server but management could use additional training.With food costs the way they are. The little things and the big things are important.Good luck. But for my family and our food dollars we will go elsewhere.

I always try and post good reviews but Logan's in Monroe has really disappointed me today. My husband and I eat here a lot, normally the service is hit and miss but today there's not one thing that can be said that was even ok. It took over an hour to get our food and the meats were super cold. Sent them back and had been waiting over 20 minutes to get them back. We asked for a manager and if course no one ever showed. Folks came in after we were seated, ordered, ate, and left before I could even get over bite of food. But of course, they'll want full price for the poor service. Someone needs to do something about this. This is way too crazy!!

Editing a previous higher review. Just ate a sirloin here. Now I'm not saying it was tough, but it still had marks where the jockey had been hitting it!! Woof. Service was good though. Not worth the money tonight.
Went to Logan's as we always have for a decent steak and of course rolls. We sat down and got our drink orders in, and our server started out really attentive coming back in a decent amount of time to get our orders in and tending to any requests. But as soon as we gave her our orders everything changed. Our table waited 20-30 minutes for water refills (in the span of an hour and a half we had 2 refills), and at least 45-50 minutes for our food to arrive at our table. And when the food did arrive at our table, the runners slammed the dishes down in front of us and when they asked for what people ordered and we tried to confirm with them they gave us a sassy attitude and obviously didn't care. They used the words "I don't know and don't care" as they slammed the dishes down in front of my girlfriend and other members of my party. Next we dug into what was supposed to be a juicy meal.... nope room temperature, our food had clearly been sitting around for a decent amount of time. Sad to say I will be spending my nights else where as Logan's has consistently proven itself to be a place to waste 2 hours of my time and money.

Ordered two salads to go. One with chicken, and the other with Salmon. The person taking the order indicated between 15-20 minutes.35 minutes later we received our order. The restaurant had many 3 tables filled.The Salmon was over cooked. We were supposed to receive two rolls per order. We received a total of three. The rolls were inedible, not soft and stale. We also asked for utensils and didn’t receive that as well.Will definitely avoid Logan’s Road House in the future…

This place definitely needs updating. The dining area to the left, past the bar, doesn't appear clean at all. The service was subpar, but the food was pretty good.
