I dined here alone a few weeks back and had one of the most liberating experiences communicating with the service team, especially with my server Stiles. The food was amazing Stiles helped me with some personal issues and even though I ate plenty of food I walked out feeling 20 pounds lighter. Highly recommend!

went for dinner with my boyfriend, there was a hair in my club sandwich, i also saw a roach when walking to the bathroom. establishment is dirty & service is awful. Asked to speak to a manager/owner but they were nowhere to be found the whole time we were there. will definitely not be returning or recommending.

I have actually came to this restaurant twice sat down both times and then walked out because the service was non-existent so with that being said I can't really say anything on anything except you'll be waiting a lot time as an edit to the reply no I was inside seated right under the counter when you first come in the door but maybe another time , I wanted to share my thoughts not be undermined

This was a complete letdown. My wife and I went to eat there on Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was not busy, which I guess would’ve been a clear sign to go somewhere else, but I am someone that likes to give restaurants a chance being that it is located in downtown Monroe my expectations were a little higher especially since it’s in such a cute part of town. I ordered the blackened chicken pasta, and the chicken I received was not blackened at all. Whatever seasoning they use lacked flavor and the pasta and Alfredo sauce was something that I could literally make at home. My wife ordered the chicken sandwich with fries and the chicken itself was slacking flavor but the worst part of all is that their mayonnaise came in a packet. Nothing wrong with that if I went to a fast food joint however, this restaurant gives the appearance of quality meals and I feel that is not what we got. The service overall was ok, they did their job. However, when I entered the restaurant, everyone was gathered around the countertop while other employees were eating. It took the person that was eating to address us and tell us to sit anywhere we want while the rest just looked upon. The dishes that are on display here in Google looked really good so it seems to me like they may have lost their touch over time. It’s a restaurant in what I believe to be prime real estate so I feel that they could elevate themselves a lot better. The customer service could improve, but overall they were all really nice and that is hard to find, but my hope is that the food can be elevated.

I love your chicken marsala OMG and your pumpkin soup had every single taste bud in my entire body going and so happy thank you so much for such a great service and it was great to meet you Lisa and thank you you to our sweet, sweet waitress Waitress, Sandy and server Stiles! Great friendly staff excellent cooks!!!
