Picked up 3 orders and every one of them was wrong. Burgers had nothing on them, no sauce in the bag for nuggets, fries weren't the right size. I'm pregnant and just wanted some sweet and sour sauce and now I'm crying at work

Ordered delivery , my apartment is the letter i. I get a message asking where the number 1 is. I said it’s a “letter eye” at the top floor. I then get a random photo of someone else’s door. They need a reading test for employment. And that’s all the info and if you ask for more information that would make no sense. Please read the review.

I sat in line for 25min to get up to the window. When I got up to the window to pay no one was there for another 5 min. 2 cars had left, so I pulled straight up to where you pick up the food. She preceded to tell me I would have to go back around to the back of the line bc I didn’t pay. I told her I wasn’t doing that it wasn’t my fault no one was there to pay. Some drive throughs don’t have a pay window these days so I thought no one was there. She said they were super busy and didn’t have time to run it. I was aware since I just waited now 30 min to get my food. She could had ran my card by the time she was done telling me she couldn’t. I never come to McDonald’s but I was coming to get a gift card and thought I would get dinner for the family so my bill was well over $50 that I was going to pay. Dumb. Never again.

Went to the counter to get MY MISSING FRIES I PAID FOR the employee starts cussing at me acting like they wanted to hit me absolute worst attitude when I asked to speak to the manager THE Female MANAGER WAS WORSE!!!!!!! Called me a “horrible costumer” all over a missing medium Fry. All while my 2 and 3 year old were watching. DO NOT COME HERE.

We placed a large order for our team through the app. Upon arrival the food was hot and ready. The employees even helped us vary the order to our car. Wonderful people.

If someone orders a Diet Coke, that doesn't mean you replace it with a regular soda. Signed, a type 1 diabetic who now has dangerously high blood sugar because of the incompetence of the crew members.

The worst in the WORLD. We all got told they have no staff to work today. I can’t even get a coffee SMH. Then had to wait in line 20 minutes before he came out and told us. They need to shut this place down. ASAP
It’s nice that it has a large play area for kid but seems like no one ever clean it. Clothes will turn black after playing inside.

Slow as dirt. Took 40 mins to get a curbside order and if u go inside they cant seem to find it. Staff is usually friendly but they also dont care about speed or time. Quality of items is also hit or miss.

The managers just have a really bad attitude all the time and there are only a few employees that are very kind and professional it’s sad because this is the only McDonalds in this area and as customers we shouldn’t be hesitant to ask a simple question already expecting an answer with sarcasm and attitude please whoever is charge I hope yall can fix this matter thank you.
