They rung up my order correctly yet still messed up my order like usual. Fries barely warm and my burgers were supposed to be 1 no cheese and one only ketchup, both had cheese and no ketchup on them.

I put in a mobile order on 3/16/25, got to the location and waited for over 45 minutes in the drive thru line.. the ENTIRE BUILDING WAS LOCKED UP!! There were 2 employees in the kitchen and someone dressed like a manager sitting on their ass near one of the doors just listening to people repeatedly try to go in and not acknowledge them. Could've at least put up a sign explaining why the inside was locked up, or told the app no counter pick-up orders 🙄

Is either the owner is a greedy person like “Mr Crabs” or management is the problem for not having enough and well pay people for this store to make more money. I seen a lot of cars driving out of this place because of the massive waiting and long line. I personally, will go to the Indian Trail one from now on, they are so much faster.

It would be great if the staff that I KNOW have been trained in customer service could actually provide some customer service. There is a long line at the counter, for the last 10 minutes the lady has completely ignored everyone. Customers have yelled to the back that they just want their iced coffee and to get a manager. Vernon... the manager shows up, says only that you can order at the kiosk. When my husband stated that it won't let you get a large, his reply was oh well. This McDonald's is absolutely the most unprofessional fast food restaurant I have been to in a long time. Gues I will be taking my wallet to Burger King as are the THREE other customers who gave up and walked out.

Honestly, I do not recommend this restaurant. The management and staff are lacking in professionalism and customer service. The new renovation basically turned this location into a self serve vending machine. Wait times are atrocious and food quality is below par.

I frequently get Table Service at many different locations. This location plays with your food and does not bring it to the table. More training is needed at the is location on service standards. An order placed as table service should be delivered to the table, not placed in the pick up area. Horrible location.

This McDonald’s is absolutely the worst. There is no customer service, the staff is always on their phones. They will walk right past you at the front counter, and not even say hi or ask what you need. Even if you call out to them to ask for help, they look right at you and walk away. Not to mention that every time I’m here there is always food and sauces missing in my order, as well as the food is old and cold. I will never eat at this location again and I recommend you don’t either.

Giving this place one star is being generous.
Their quality of food is pretty bad. The cleanliness is poor.

But the reason to avoid this place is horrible employee attitudes. From the managers down to the clerks, they are all so rude and disrespectful.

My niece is an Uber food driver and said most uber drivers block or refuse to accept orders from this location.

Crazy how bad a place can be and apparently nobody cares enough to address it

Its obvious Mcdonalds has grown past customer service. My first mistake was using this location for my lunch needs. At this location your tone of voice depics whether or not you get your order thats already paid for. I'm sorry that a 6 piece nugget and a Mcdouble was too much to handle. It required me to get out of line and forgotten about. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get your order.
