I’ve loved Moe’s since I was a small child. They still have great food. My reason for a 4 star review is I am still mad they got rid of cucumbers from the menu. I would still highly recommend eating here. They have the best queso in the game.

I went in moes about 15 minutes before closing for a burrito. I’m 6 months pregnant and have been DoorDashing all day, so I’ve been very hungry. The ladies in here were amazing they were very sweet and it didn’t bother them one but that they were closing soon. Thank you for your great customer service and this amazing burrito

The place is worn. Could use a cleaning and some general maintenance. Just because we visited between lunch and dinner is no reason for poor quality food preparation.

The proteins looked old, dry and unappealing. The additional toppings did not look much better. Sauces were thicker than mayonnaise.

Staff was louder than they needed to be when talking amongst themselves and the language used was inappropriate for public ears.

Fresh! Nothing was fresh. Everything tasted old as if it was sitting out. Ordered queso and chips. Chips were crumbled can't dip with crumbs. Guy behind the counter was cursing loudly. Never going back

I used to love coming here but they’ve recently decreased their portions and increased their prices. The person who made my food put more back than they put on my order.

I won’t be coming back and would recommend avoiding for now.

This is consistently the absolute nastiest worst Moes around. I haven’t been to any other Moes because of it, so I can’t tell if Moes as a chain has dropped off, or it’s this 1. The food is terrible. I used to LOVE Moes. I literally couldn’t eat any more after about 3 bights of my burrito. Worse than that, this dining area is consistently the absolute dirtiest nastiest place I have ever eaten. I’ve been here 4 times in the last 7 or so months and it’s always the same, absolutely trashed inside. The employees are friendly, never had an issue with any attitudes or anything. Always very pleasant, but Jesus they do not clean, and again…. The food is SO terrible

Drink machine was out of almost everything except Minute Maid. We addressed it with staff and they put their arms up and said they didn’t know. Cashier had AirPods in and she would ask what we wanted then would proceed to go, “Huh?” Every time we answered her. The chips were stale and tasteless and the rice was all clumped together and tasted old. First and LAST time we will be going there.

I think its time fof another Moes undercover boss. The food is still good but quality.freshness, chip fry taste vary too much between visits.
Employees caught overcharging for menu.
I ordered homewrecker includes Guac for $ 10.49. Employee stated prices had changed but werent yet posted. He upcharged for guac and adobo chicken putting my cost over $13. I called him on it and he took the " add ons" off the homewrecker displayed on register. He told me I cant sell it without the addons. He did agree to sell me the item as a regular adobo chicken but had to remove the guac. Whatever I never got the guac.
I asked another employee for manager contact. He and I spoke. He agreed to an app credit and to have his employee bring me a guac. Just before I left the employee stopped by my table to acknowledge he spoke to mgr. I stated that mgr agreed to the guac. He nodded and disappeared into the kitchen. NO GUAC.
Mgr and I spoke again. He does have new employees, apologized for guac, and asked me to follow up on any problems on future visits
