I usually order togo when I'm driving through and everytime I order my burrito with extra meat it seems to get smaller, in the pic is my burrito and a kids burrito with a cup of beans for scale. This has happened the last few times I've gone and I probably won't go back which sicks because Moe's used to be one of my favorite places but if they all are doing things like this I see why they are closing stores around the area

Absolutely HORRENDOUS service. There was only one kind and professional person working out of the 4 on the line/register. The one lady at the register couldn’t even look away from her phone long enough to ring us up. Everyone except the one guy who made our burritos, were rude as hell. We won’t be returning. And the guacamole is disgusting. I didn’t even want it, was basically forced into getting it, then uncharged for it. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.

We were at this restaurant around noon on Saturday, September 6, 2025. The restaurant was not busy, only a few families. We witnessed an employee screaming at an elderly couple. He was incredibly rude to them from the moment that he walked into the restaurant and yelled at them until they left the restaurant, almost in tears. I was appalled by his condescending tone toward the customers and his own co-workers, who appear to be afraid of him. If I could leave negative stars, I would. We visit this area a few times a year and eat here. We will not return to this location based on today’s experience.

Was served undercooked steak after pointing it out, chips were very old and stale, rice was undercooked as well
I’ve loved Moe’s since I was a small child. They still have great food. My reason for a 4 star review is I am still mad they got rid of cucumbers from the menu. I would still highly recommend eating here. They have the best queso in the game.

I went in moes about 15 minutes before closing for a burrito. I’m 6 months pregnant and have been DoorDashing all day, so I’ve been very hungry. The ladies in here were amazing they were very sweet and it didn’t bother them one but that they were closing soon. Thank you for your great customer service and this amazing burrito
