How do you call this an Italian restaurant? The pizza is cardboard, processed garbage cheese. We ordered extra cheese and the slices didn’t have any cheese near the crust…barely any sauce…wasn’t worth the drive to eat there…Pizza Hut does a better job and that’s not saying much….🤮

Absolutely *do not* make the mistake of going to this pathetic excuse of a restaurant.

For the record - I’ve given this place no less than 5 chances, ordering something completely different each time in a desperate attempt to find a single redeeming quality before writing this review.

Their interior aesthetic looks like a run-down Red Lobster. The Chef Boyardee and Campbell’s soup they’re peddling matches the term “Italian Restaurant” about as much as the interior does.

- Their bread? Hard and soft in all the wrong places.
- Their salad? If I scraped the lettuce off a poorly-assembled Big Mac I would’ve had a better time.
- Their “olive oil”? Tasteless. Literally no aroma.
- Their wine? It came in the same little plastic bottles you get on an airplane.
- Their pasta sauce? Uniquely unimpressive.
- Their subs? I’m literally offended.
- Their soup? If it isn’t Campbell’s (or something even cheaper than Campbell’s) I will eat my hat.
- Their service? Untrained and uninterested.

To the owner… do you really want to make this right? If so, do me a massive favor and go eat at an Olive Garden just to get an idea of what the absolute MINIMUM standard of an Italian restaurant is.

To any “loyal local customers” the owner claims to have: I highly recommend you check out this place I’m talking about called Olive Garden. If you aren’t ready for that, you could buy some Ragu sauce and $2 worth of pasta from Food Lion. Your mind will be BLOWN. When you’re ready, we’ll have a chat about Little Mama’s. No rush.

Ordered a large salad and small soup . I order this every time I visit . This time they brought me a small side salad like you would get with a meal which is small . I asked owner about this and got shot down. They also charged me 2.00 extra for 3) little small tomatoes . Really said situation . Customer should always be right . I’ve eat her all the time . Not sure what’s going on .

Getting lasagna that Mom didn’t make on the road is always like rolling the dice. You never know what you’re gonna get. The good news is Napoli’s makes a decent piece of lasagna that appeared to have all the necessary components incorporated into it. Was a little on the watery side, but tasty the mozzarella sticks and salad were good also and there was actually some tiny little specs blue cheese in the blue cheese dressing. Price was reasonable. Quantities were good. Enjoyed the meal. There’s no place like Home. I think Dorothy said that…. Included a copy of the menu simply because the prices have increased a little.

I've been before and enjoyed my meal. The lasagna sauce was burnt around the edges of the plate. My waitress wasn't anywhere to be found until I had eaten half my food. No need to complain at that point.

Tried this place for the first time and only ordered a pizza, it was tasty though. Saw other dishes being brought out to other tables and everything looked and smelled good, everyone seemed to be enjoying their meals. Will try another dish this week sometime.

No, I do not recommend Napoli Italian restaurant and I use the word Italian very lightly considering I am an Italian from up north. These people are disgrace. Besides the fact that I think they pay people to give them five star reviews on Google check it out yourself if you don’t believe me but definitely don’t check out this restaurant unless you want to be sick to your stomach and yeah, I’m talking to you owner who’s rude to everybody!!
