We've been New China customers for years. This is our go-to spot in union county! We moved farther out a few months ago and still choose this spot over others. Consistently good food and polite customer service! Arguably, the best Chinese food in town.

Never fails 15 min and I'm still waiting. I've tried everywhere in Monroe and can't get a delectable fried rice. Soups are fine and Rangoon most times. Entreés, not around here.

My family has been coming to this restaurant for about 10 years and today we were very disappointed with the quality of the food. The crab Rangoons were frozen in the middle and the chicken was over cooked. I called to let them know and to get a partial refund. They wanted us to bring the food back even though it was already on plates and would not offer any refund. It is ridiculous to pay almost 50 dollars for food that can’t be eaten, and the subpar customer service received when calling with the issue.

The food reminds me of NY/NJ Chinese food, its a gem because it's hard to find good chinese food in the south. Esthetically, it's not appealing but it is what it is.
