This restaurant is BY FAR and HANDS DOWN the BEST PLACE we’ve found for burgers, fries, deserts, sandwiches, and service here in Charlotte! The owners are absolutely sweet and have made their little “hole in the wall” diner so cozy and fun! Check it out!

We found this place by accident, didn’t believe there was a diner in a car dealership, but it immediately became our new favourite spot in Charlotte! The couple that run it are so sweet, and happily chatted with us the whole time as they made our meal by hand. Best fries & the sundaes are massive! We’ve tried many places in CLT for burgers, breakfast & dessert, and this one takes the cake above all others!

Found this little gem while buying / servicing my fun new car at Town & Country Ford. Wow, what a secret CLT treasure.

Best BLT I’ve ever had! So many layers of tomatoes and the brioche bread: the bread…is everything! All their bread is from a local bakery so very fresh and light. Had an affogato and some of their complimentary lemonade. They also serve breakfast all day which I plan on taking advantage of next time.

Gotta check this out: located on the right side of T&C Ford. Took pictures from both the outside parking lot and inside the dealership so you can see both entrances. Also snapped pics of the breakfast and lunch menus. Bon Appetit!

Local, Not a Chain, Independent Cafe.
This is truly a hidden gem! Located inside the Ford dealership. Food was amazing, prices reasonable, and the customer service superb. this is Charlotte's best kept secret for good home cooked meals! Far exceeded our expectations! Will be back for sure! House salad and fried chicken sandwich pics

Might be the best burger I have had in years! Prices are good as well. It is located in the Ford dealership and open on Saturdays. Now I have to come up with an excuse to bring my vehicle in for service!

Another hidden gem in Charlotte. You don't have to have your car repaired to eat here. The food was delicious and well presented. The atmosphere is comfortable and homey. I loved the community table and musical selections.

Outstanding food, clean, kind, homemade, best burger in Charlotte no question, coming back to try the rest of the menu! Worth the treasure hunt to this hidden location!

Parking: Go around to the other side of Town and Country, the parking is marked with a small sign and parking signs for the restaurant, the restaurant itself has no sign but you’ll see it once you enter the unmarked entrance. Hidden GEM.

Believe it or not, the best burger I have ever had is hidden in the back of a Ford dealership tucked away near the service department. They also have hand cut fries and homemade desserts. Go check it out and be amazed!

I want you to look me in my eyes when I tell you this… this is the most delicious burger I’ve had in my entire life.

As a southerner, it’s hard to accept people who are not from the south making delicious food, but it happened. I’m offended and how delicious this food is but they did it. I don’t know how but they did.

The ultimate breakfast burger really set me up for the day. Really nice bun, cheese, eggs, and patty that was not greasy or heavy in the morning. The lady working the cashier was a sweetheart and very friendly as an out of towner starting my work day. Asked me when i was going to be there so my takeout would be fresh!

On vacation here in Charlotte and was looking for a quick bite close to our rental house. The service was outstanding and I can't thank the ladies enough. They helped me and my two littles out to the car with our breakfast since I had my hands full.

To put a cherry on top of the already excellent service the food was top notch. If we vacation back here again I will make it a point to come back and support your business. Thank you!!!

Just looked this place up trying to find some good breakfast took one bite and was in heaven. It’s located in the ford dealership on independence on the right side, I would have never guessed I plane on going back soon to try some more good food.
