O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

John D. Was the best waiter ever!!! He brought out the food, lemonades and everything needed with speed and top teir service. Price point and specials are great and I enjoy it every time.

This was my first time at this restaurant. The place was decorated nicely for the holidays. The atmosphere is rustic and has a home feel to it. The best feature is that they have old historical pictures of Monroe up on the walls all over the place. That was a nice treat. The food was good and the staff was very nice and friendly. I overall will be back. I recommend you go ahead and give it a try. Enjoy.

It’s 2:43 on a Sunday. Got here around 12:30. Still don’t have my food. Had to walk to the bar an hour after ordering my drink just to get one. Complete, total incompetence. Very similar experience last time I came. I tried to give them a second chance because they have a good menu. Never again.

This place has really went downhill. I was served my food with no utensils. Finally got them but had to ask at least twice for extra napkins.The salmon I got was excellent but the steak looked like some horrible cut of meat that did not even look like a steak.My wife enjoyed her meal except for the fact she got potato mush when she wanted potato soup.The place itself was nice and quiet. I guess no one goes there anymore because of the quality. Its gonna be a loooong time before I go back.

They told us the wait was 10 mins and we ended up waiting 45 for a table. Then it took our food another 45 to come out. It wasn't worth the wait. Don't order the loaded mac and cheese... it tasted like cardboard. Our server was pleasant, but she didn't give us drink refills even once.

Lady was an amazing waitress. She was kind and respectful. She anticipated our needs and did it excellently. She made us feel so special. We definitely will visited again.

My wife and I sat down at our table at 11:30am. At 11:45 I had to go find someone to take our order. Got out drinks 15 mins later. Order food at 12:05 and got food at 12:37. We ordered salads! It took an hour and a half to get in and out. The couple sitting next to us said this was the slowest service they had experienced in a long time. Food was really good and people were nice and kind. Just very slow service with really no concern for why. Don’t come unless you are really want to have a long lunch or dinner.

Good fries. Nice salad enjoyed by one of my party of 6. Good sweet tea. A few details, which didn't do anything to take away from enjoying a meal with co-workers, I found odd. The chicken they are currently able to source, was not great quality. Judged as overcooked, in the form of chicken tenders.Everyone was surprised when my fish arrived. The portion was quite small. It was (perhaps) overcooked, as well.When 1 of our table was asked if there was anything wrong, since she didn't want to take her leftovers to go. That was when that single issue, involving the tenders, was reported. It was handled by a manager.

Alexis served a table of 15 + superbly. Our drinks never emptied, our food was delicious and we all were extremely pleased. She is fantastic! So was the manager on duty, who checked on us 3 different times ?

My family and I had a great experience at the O'Charley's restaurant in Monroe today. Our waitress Darian was amazing. She was able to answer all of our questions about the menu and was able to tell us exactly where to look for things which was awesome. Everyone enjoyed their food and Darian provided great service the whole time we were there. As were leaving, the people who were by the door told us to have a great evening, and they seemed genuine and happy, which I thought was very nice. My family and I would definitely come back and eat here again.

Our server was great! The food not so much. Chicken tenders were very dry, salads had a lot of brown lettuce, my granddaughter's cheese pizza wasn't fully cooked.Their food has definitely suffered over the past couple years.

Our waitress Dejah was the best. She was pretty much waiting on the whole place and doing a great job. She made sure we had everything we needed and her personality was awesome

Food was very good. Had the $14.99 special of grilled chicken and cod. We hadn't been in a while and we knew they used to have free pie on Wed and asked but they no longer do that. After paying and getting ready to leave I saw a cardboard standup that said they offer cobbler for $1.99 on Wed. Our waitress was training another one and they were good but it would have been nice if she would have picked up on our question about the pie and suggested the cobbler. All 3 of us probably would have ordered it. They might not make much on that offer, but they would have gained points from us for future visits.

We occasionally get a nice takeout meal from the Monroe location. Our go to favorites are the Chicken Parmigiana and Baby Back Ribs. Our order is consistently on time as requested for pickup, the food is hot and well prepared when we get home and we have yet to experience any concerns with our orders. Delicious and no dirty dishes!!
