Sat there 15min with no service. A couple behind us was getting another free meal and complaining. Oddly enough, they stuffed their trailer park mouths with all of the food. The Waitress catered to them, so we got up and left. Take care of those that tip well.

4/30/24 visit. Busy Thursday night. Grandson picked for his birthday dinner. Party of 6. Sat us as soon as everyone was there. Seemed server had too many tables as it was as long time between her stops at our table and she was unaware of switching out pasta for broccoli. Kitchen seemed slow as my entre came out 5-8 minutes after everyone else. Would have been nice to be given a heads up. Food was tasty and huge portions. Multiple To Go boxes were needed. Like all food prices have gone up.Food wasn't up to par this visit. My stuffed chicken marsala was overcooked and dried out.
Service is good with the exception to the lack of training for who's bussing the tables (we were put at a table that wasnt cleaned or rather left sticky with puddles of something on the seats along with broken glass on the seats and we had to be moved), food isnt that great, but you don't go into an Olive Garden expecting 5 star italian cuisine but it is edible. My waitress was good, and I tipped her well because she made up for other people's mistakes. Truthfully, if it wasn't for our waitress, this review would've been a 2 star at best.

We had lunch today at the Olive Garden and our server Jada was amazing! She was friendly, efficient and always smiling! The salad and chicken and gnocchi soup was great too!

Waited 10 minutes for someone to come and take our order and no one ever came. It was NOT during a busy time either. People standing around on phones and not paying attention to customers. We had 2 small kids with us and after waiting, we got up and left. I love Olive Garden and I am so disappointed in this.

It’s been a long while since we are at OG. A lot has changed. The breadsticks aren’t the same (corporate decision, we’re told) , the lasagna had little taste, and the place is not clean. The glass on the framed pictures right above our table is filthy!! I had to request our table be cleaned before dessert. Overall, we were disappointed. It used to be so good !!

The staff is extremely young and unprofessional. The past two times I’ve been my servers (Davona and Justice) were obviously high with bloodshot eyes and reeked of marijuana. How unappetizing! It took forever for our waters, and the whole time I could see my servers in the server station laughing. The staff hangs out in the service station talking extremely loudly, using profanity and racial slurs in ear shot of customers waiting to be sat. I should have ordered to go as the to go servers seem to be the only people actually working.
Bad service in the front, dirty tables and maybe don’t like the Hispanic people or Maybe they do not have the manager and They want to do what ever they want

I hadn't been to an Olive Garden in many years. I finally used my birthday gift of a free dessert with an entrée. I went traditional and ordered lasagna; it came with salad and breadsticks. For dessert, I had the tiramisu.I placed my order online. Once I marked that I was at the restaurant, a young lady brought my order out a little early. Everything was good, but I really enjoyed the salad.

I ordered my seafood with Alfredo sauce and asked for no pepper of any kind as I am allergic. I got it with pepper.....no one bothered to check that the Alfredo sauce has pepper in it. By the time the waitress got back to me and then someone from the kitchen came out everyone else at my table was finished eating. They remade it without sauce and I took it home. I asked 3 times for my check as I got a phone call that my husband was being taken to the ER....I was ignored because none of the machines were working....I said I'm paying cash and I have to leave. I left the money on the table and walked out with $40 worth of food to drive to the ER where my husband was admitted.....and I am spending the night there ..... No one bothered to say....our mistake can I offer you dessert or something.....very disappointed with the food and service today.
