I had a call in order, came to drive through window at 3:50 pm after waiting for roughly 15 minutes to be noticed after I rang the bell.i pulled around an went inside to pick up my Order . after the employee finally got off the phone, she completed my now cold order.
The pizza ok,but cold, the garlic bread sticks weren't even coated with anything. Just dry baked chunks of pizza dough.
Certainly a disappointment.
Then came the definition for Pizzarrhea.

I ordered a pizza from Papa John's to be delivered. It was delivered by leaving the pizza on porch and weather was 30 degrees. The driver chose to leave it outside instead of ringing the door bell.

I am Licensed Psychologist and Director over the Mental Health Services at a Local Hospital in Monroe and after my experience I am definitely sending out a Staff Email for Hospital Staff to never go to this Papa Johns Location.
To all customers don't go to this location. I will be contacting CORPORATE regarding a employee named Brittany. I ordered Pizza from them and the App told me my order would be ready in 9 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and still didn't receive my order. I eventually asked how much longer will it take to get my order and i was told another 25 minutes.
I also seen ROACHES in thier Store on the Floor and I took Pictures. So the Cashier named Brittany yelled and screamed because I asked her for CORPORATE's number to complain about thier Customer Service problems.Brittany needs to be let go for Disrespectful Behavior.
Brittany did not provide Excellent Customer Service and Support but, was Rude and does not embody the Core Values and Mission of Papa John's.

I worked here for less than a month and December a few years back. General manager, Lydia Price l, over two weeks before New Year’s Day, told me that they might need me on that coming New Year’s and I told her that I would not be available because I was going to a festival that I had previously planned to go to. She turned around and lied to the management saying that I never told her that and they called my phone 20 times while I was at the festival in South Carolina only to fire me through text message. I don’t respect liars, nor people who harass others and I don’t think that Lydia Price should be a manager if she’s going to lie against employees.
I was previously a customer at papa John’s for over 20 years. I will never eat their food again because it leaves a bad taste of my mouth to remember how they treated me there. I told the truth that I had plans and she lied saying that I never told her that but I did. The owners of Papa John’s in Monroe should be aware of what their manager is doing and what kind of a person she is. That’s why this post was made. I was wronged by a lying manager and it costing me my job. Thanks, Papa John’s for letting me know, what kind of company you are.

Pedestrian pizza. Good for quick takeout when you can't be bothered with cooking. Staff is always polite and attentive when you walk in for pickup. Staff is the reason for 4 stars vs 3 based on pizza alone.
