Papa Johns Pizza

I just ordered a large pizza today for one of my patients, as this is his favorite place to have pizza. I ordered it through doordash and they delivered it. When I opened the box the pizza was tossed around ( as seen in the picture below) and inedible. I contacted doordash and they were no help at all!!! Gave me a 5$ credit towards a new doordash order. As this was no fault of Papa John's, I called and spoke to a wonderful, caring employee named Diamond. She was extremely understanding and apologized about the service. She immediately provided another pizza which was 100% on point. I would say she's a fabulous reflection of this company. Thank you for the professional response!

got a large Alfredo stuffed crust pizza with
three cheese blend, Alfredo sauce, spinach, peppers, onions, olives, tomatos, philly cheese steak. Wasnt what I expected for 56 dollars. I expected alot more veggies, this pizza is SPARSE and pizza used to be higher quality and cheaper price. wont be ordering from them again cause this is meme worthy.

It seems like all Papa John's are just the same there's really nothing special about them in the food isn't very good Italian food as far as being italian. It is however very satisfying to eat and it's very satisfying once it's in your stomach.

My cheese are normally good. I can taste the buttery flavor. Tonight its not, has lumps, and crispy, even taste burnt

Pizza is always perfect and they make sure to double check every time for my extra sauces!

We stayed at a hotel right behind the pizza place and had placed an order for delivery paid almost 30 dollars for the order. Had called three times about the order the first time was 25 mins in waiting for the pizza just checking it that fine it should be here shortly was told to call back if it doesn’t show up. Called a second time right in the 45 min time window was told the delivery drivers had more orders understandably should be there soon. Doesn’t show up on the hour mark call the store was told the delivery driver knocked on the door and no answer which is not true we were outside the room and could see who was coming in and out the parking lot. We asked them to remake the order now that it has been over an hour and we will just come and get it at this point. We get there I check the food the food is not warm has not been remade and when I asked for it to be re made once again one of the girls in the back rebutdtaled saying “if they said they remade it they did” as it’s not warm and doesn’t look fresh. I wish I would have taken a picture of it. So I stand there for an extra 15/20 mins for the food to be remade they are goofing off in the back being loud and at one point the tall dude that works there and mind you it’s around 9pm when this happened started throwing the trays around and also being loud. The attitude was felt in the air and they kept staring at us as well as they were remaking the food felt like we had to stand there and actually watch them make our food. It was an absolute terrible experience and can’t believe the service. As well as we walk out the door the girl finally spoke up and asked “is there a problem” yes there is this whole interaction and transaction.

We got 2 pizzas and cheese sticks and they must of been dropped at some point because they were all smashed to the side of the box when we opened it up

Getting better, product quality has been very inconsistent. That's frustrating, you never know what you'll end up with. A couple of years ago the quality was much more reliable.

Pizza was ready within about 15 minutes. It was hot and tasted great. I like that they add a green pepper on the side for those like myself who enjoy a pepper.

I had a call in order, came to drive through window at 3:50 pm after waiting for roughly 15 minutes to be noticed after I rang the bell.i pulled around an went inside to pick up my Order . after the employee finally got off the phone, she completed my now cold order.
The pizza ok,but cold, the garlic bread sticks weren't even coated with anything. Just dry baked chunks of pizza dough.
Certainly a disappointment.
Then came the definition for Pizzarrhea.
