I placed an order for pickup and was pleased that my food was ready right on time. The restaurant was clean with a 100% sanitation grade, and the customer service was absolutely stellar—friendly, prompt, and professional.
However, I have to be honest—the pizza sauce did not sit well with me. The flavor was noticeably different, almost as if the recipe had been changed. I was only able to eat one slice, and I am not sure if it will stay down. It is disappointing when brands alter the very recipes that make them unique and recognizable. Consistency is key, and sudden changes can really impact loyal customers.
Still, I give four stars because everything else—the service, cleanliness, and readiness—was excellent. I just hope Pizza Hut reconsiders tampering with what used to be a signature taste.
Update - I wasn't able to hold down my food. Something in the sauce just isn't the same, which is really sad because the pizza itself was beautiful. So I have to go from 4 stars to 3.

Although the restaurant was clean. Some employees weren’t. The girl cutting the pizzas was playing in her braids. The person preparing the pizza wasn’t wearing gloves. My pan pizza itself wasn’t really pan, taste like hand tossed and it wasn’t done. I didn’t complain, I just won’t return.

Called to speak to someone at the store bc food was left out of order. When you call you calling a call center in the middle of nowhere with people how can barely speak English with American names… this is ridiculous!! On otp for over 20mins with no connection to the store! Pizza HUT do better! Horrible!!

When I placed my order the price said $40.81 the driver charged me $48.00 even I was gonna give her a tip regardless but why are yall giving me a different price in the app if the delivery fee is already included

So, I did contact Door Dash and Pizza Hut about this but there was a metal object in the bottom of our French fry container, so so gross.

After making a mistake with my delivery order I contacted the store and was helped by Devin. She was a very attentive, polite, and helpful. When I got to the store to pick up my order she was also very pleasant. I appreciate the good service.

Called to place order, young woman answered the phone ask if it’s carry out/delivery and I say carry out. Ask her to verify the location and then she tells me to hold on, then she comes back and says ok. So I start to order and she hangs up. I call back she then takes my order and at the end I tell her thank you, her reply “yep” click. As a customer service industry, Pizza Hut needs to put more effort into your customer service. This is truly just sad. I’m sure they get minimum $15 an hour, get it together people.
