We order from this Pizza Hut location almost every week. We have always had good service and good pizza. Tonight it went sideways. I placed our order online at 6:34 and given an estimated delivery time of 7:04.
After the pizza didn’t arrive by 7:35, I called for an update. The person on the phone checked the order and said it went out at 7:01 and should arrive any minute. We waited another 15 minutes and called again. This time the same person answered and told us the pizza was never taken out, but left in the warmer.
They asked if we wanted a fresh pizza. We asked for a fresh pizza and were told it would be approximately 30 more minutes. I asked if there would be a discount for the long amount of time. The person said I would get the original pizza and the new one. I responded I didn’t want two pizzas and have to wait another 30 minutes.
The person straight up hung up on me. Thank you for all the good pizzas, Pizza Hut. Despite doing nothing wrong (no yelling or rude behavior) and getting hung up on, we have ordered our final Pizza Hut pizza.
I’m totally understanding that mistakes happen. But, not making good on the mistake and hanging up on me seals the deal.

We stopped here for lunch and ordered cheesy bread & a stuffed crust supreme pizza. The cheesy bread melted in my mouth and the pizza was filling with that stuffed crust. The waitress was attentive and friendly. It's nice to find a Pizza Hut that still has tables for dining in.

Ordered Tavern pizza. It was Terrible! The Manager made it, totally overcooked & Black edges. Dry as could be. I called, told Manager, she said she could make another one. I said, I'm home now & not driving all the way back, geez! She said pizza just looks burnt. OMG! What was she a child. VERY poor, bad Customer service. No refund, nothing. That store has gone way down. More than once, not good . I don't like the attitude at all. Just Wrong!

I had a mix up occur today, where someone with my name picked up my order. The manager was very proactive. She apologized for the mix up, comped our order and gave us drinks while they remade our pizzas. There has been a shift in customer service and hospitality in recent years, but my experience today let me know that trusted businesses have had their longevity for a reason. I really appreciated the service I received today. It’s become a rarity. Keep up the good work!!

Ordered take out after a day at the pool. Got the family box, 2 pizzas, cheese bread. And wings. Wings were surprisingly good and a great meal after the pool. We like the drive thrue window.
