This is one of the few Pizza Huts left with dine in options and they also have a drive thru window. We’ve been a few times now since we found it and it’s been consistently a great experience. We love the pizza and our kids remember eating at Pizza Huts when there was lots of dine in locations around Charlotte. It’s like a step back in time for our family. The staff here is always too notch and attentive. The dining room is always clean. The management here is doing a wonderful job! We glad to have found one again after so many are gone.

I ordered the pizza flat, it was extremely over cooked. The toppings were horrible, I’ve never experienced such poor quality at a Pizza Hut before. I usually order from the Pizza Hut in Wingate, the service & pizza is always delicious. My other problem with this location in Monroe, North Carolina was when I called to complain the manager on duty acted as if she was not concerned one little bit.

The food and customer experience I received today was awful. If I could leave zero stars I would. The pizza flat I ordered was hard as cardboard, burnt pieces all around, pepperoni was as hard as baked potato chips. The food was bad but the customer service was even worse. When I called to explain the issue, the general manager Maggie tried to place the blame on the door dasher. The door dasher may have been a little late arriving with the food which honestly the dasher didn’t take that long in my opinion but even if that was the case, the temperature of the food upon arrival wasn’t my issue because although hot and fresh is obviously preferred, non the less it could be microwaved. Instead of a simple “sorry that happened, we’ll replace it,” or an offer to make it right with a store credit or something she immediately got defensive as if it was my fault or something. After I got off work, I took mine and my coworkers food back to the store so that she could visually see what was sent out of her store. She continued to blame the hardness, burntness and overall poor quality of it all on the driver as if they cooked it in their car or something. Horrible food accompanied by attitude and dismissive behavior from the manager on duty. Very poor experience at this location.

I had dinner at this Pizza Hut and this is probably the best Pizza Hut I ever dined in. I haven’t dined in a Pizza Hut in many years. I wanted to dine in because I wanted to bring back the nostalgia of seeing the inside and to bring back so many memories of the good times I had as a child at a Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut is my childhood favorite pizza joint.
The atmosphere was great! It felt like the old fashioned Pizza Hut you’re used to seeing and going to. The food was delicious! The staff were very friendly, kind, and attentive! Celina did an amazing job taking care of us! Also, they played Christian music the whole time, which I absolutely loved!
I been to several Pizza Hut’s and some were good and some were bad, but this Pizza Hut in Monroe beside the Monroe Mall really stands out! If you want to have a good time at a Pizza Hut, I would highly recommend this particular one! You won’t regret it!
