This is the fifth time iv been charged twice for one drink from the Monroe location next to cookout
Every time I visit this Scooter’s Coffee location, it truly never disappoints! The service is always amazing — friendly, quick, and consistent. My matcha is always made perfectly, and when I grab a sandwich, it’s like the icing on the cake.
I stop by frequently, whether it’s before work or on the weekends, and I’ve told all of my loved ones about this spot — now we all come here! It’s genuinely my favorite coffee shop, hands down.
If I could give this location more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! 💚

So after a third visit of coming to this specific one that I love, I’ve been getting the bacon burritos which I have become to love, but I noticed on the back. It has a lot of crud on the back of it and I brushed it off the first two times and laid it by so this time, which is October 4 I come to get the pumpkin which I love and order the bacon burrito and which sale still had the same stuff on it and I told the girl that they needed to clean the tray and she was like oh it’s just from other food but that’s the point you are to clean this thing after each use because nobody wants to buy it into Grits or SKU better yet it’s called carbon buildup. That means it’s not being clean frequently and she act like she had an attitude when I asked about it because I added a coffee at the window and I had to drive all the way around with the lime when I got around was almost at the road the entrance so I did that so I got back to the window. She said we did the burrito in which it still looks like it was the same burrito that I had the first time I will be taking it back and I want my refund for the burrito, but I enjoyed my coffee and this is my favorite spot of all the other scooters that I’ve visited, I like this one, but if I have to get this type of atmosphere and response from the cashier like I got the day, I will not be going to visit there anymore and it was a young lady that had a bunch of tattoos all over her arm, and I didn’t like her presentation.
Went for a sugar free option and the changes/requests I made seemed like more of an inconvenience than customer service. Once I arrive to the window it was very much mean girl vibes. I’m a 37 old female and I’m too old for that. Each time I purposely gave a “Thank you” I never once received a “welcome” in return. Very condescending and matter of fact attitude. Once the window was shut they immediately began loudly giggling while look out at me. Not a way to run a business. Grow up or don’t work in customer service if you don’t like questions. I hope they all have a wonderful day and don’t get treated the way I just did.

Tried coming here on 8/25/25 around 8:10pm they weren't closed until 9pm but when I got there they were closed.

The service is always great here, but the drinks just dont taste good anymore. I got an iced mocha, and it tastes like something out of a carton from the grocery store AND expired. It tastes off.

We arrived excited about our visit as we would normally be, but that quickly faded. The fact the young lady at the window payed no attention to the tender given to her for my order was crazy. I had to ask for my correct change. Then there was a hair in my food item I immediately went to the window, told her there was a hair in my food she says let me see… takes the food back inside , takes off the hair and returns the exact same sandwich to which I threw away. I will not be returning

The best chain coffee in Monroe currently. Service is fast and friendly, and the coffee is fresh and brewed properly. It doesn’t have that burnt flavor of certain other chains.
This is where we go when we’re in a hurry or when the locally owned coffee shops are closed.

I just came from scooters with my granddaughter. We both ordered coffee she had the blender coffee. They put whip cream on top she said she didn't want whip cream. Instead of remaking the coffee he took the led and scraped it off the top in to that trash. We I ask him if he had took it off with his hand he said no he use the led. We also buy Four chocolate chips cookies once I got home I bite in to one of the cookies there was a piece of a fork in the cookie. Thank God I didn't break a tooth. I go to scooters like twice a week for coffee not any more. I don't know If it was a fork that some one was eating with or not. I tried calling back but they are close. If I had a number I would. File a complaint, this was dangerous. Monroe NC scooters I love their coffee that blew it for me.

I was very pleasantly surprised by their little tomato cheese basil bites. It's an explosion of flavor. Their coffee is also very good. They were very friendly and super quick

Has wrong hours posted consistently. Google stated closes at 9pm. On New Year's Eve I arrived around 5:10pm, employee stated they closed at 5pm. Tonight I arrived at 8:07pm after driving 45 minutes, employee stated they closed at 8pm.
