I think its important for companies to consider proper training before letting them try and take an order. Menu knowledge is one of the most important things I've learned. The hostess(the one taking the order) and the floor manager didn't know what's in the food and the server two ingredients out of like 5 or 6. We'll see if the food was worth it. Companies put employees in awkward positions to pinch pennies for the company and focus on recovery to make it seem they're doing a good job. Which tells me guest come second or third who knows. For the record I'm not just a customer but have been in the industry for 25 years.

We love this place! Service is always fast and friendly. The sushi is fresh and delicious - tiger roll is a fav of mine. The hibachi is a good size with plenty of leftovers. And if you're looking for a special treat the Nigori Matcha is amazing!

Had a chirashi delivery on Uber eat. Terrible food. Plain tasteless rice, instead of sushi rice with vinegar. $40 chirashi probably $10 value of fish, fish are tasteless as well, and not so fresh. And the color of wasabi doesn’t look right and doesn’t taste right. Wow, worse chirashi I had in my life.

The waitress is never friendly, you feel afraid asking her for anything extra. She rolls eyes at you and always looks unhappy. she works every single time we go there, and sometimes we decide not to go there because of her.
Ordered from here via uber eats tonight. Even adjusting for delivery sushi I still give this a 1.
Seaweed salad too dressed and slimy, clunky poorly cut sashimi, shumai were stuffed with bread, too much filler of lettuce and spinach in items, supposedly raw shrimp were cooked, rolls were so doused in eel sauce you barely taste anything else.
Disappointing all around.

The worst customer service that i have ever received. Rude employees. Massed up our orders my daughter has waited for her food for over an hour which they never placed after telling her second time we told her second time. Never heard sorry from either waiter the manager. Tips charged automatically. They do not deserve. Every time we ask for something you had to see her facial expression. Or this could be why they don’t care and this is how they treat you. From the time that we came, there was not even a smile on their face. We were done with our food so we had ti take it to go. My daughter had to eat her food at home and she threw up 30 minutes after.
