The food is fantastic I definitely recommend the salmon avocado roll and the vegtable tempura it's super yummy the staff aren't very socialable but I am still a frequent guest here since trying it I definitely think the sushi tastes fresh and delicious great casual spot for hangout with family and friends and good for a quick little date night :)

I absolutely love this place! This is my new "go to" spot when I want good food & a good drink. I never wait long, always get the seating I want, the food is consistently good & if you are a vegan or vegetarian there are great options for you.

I get the trouble with inflation, but the rolls are shrinking at an alarming rate. I spent over $50 for DoorDash and got this. I think I’m done with Shoku.
Sushi is top of line. Wait a few years when this place gets out and it will be at top of the charlotte sushi list top spots.

I'm not sure what happened to this place but it went from 4 star to 1 star in the past year. I ordered today and it was borderline disgusting. The rice wasn't seasoned, the roll was "soggy" someho, and the jalapeno they included in each piece was *huge*. It was like each piece had 1/2 of an entire raw jalapeno. I'd never go here again - they've clearly changed staff.

Delicious sushi! Had the shaggy dog roll for lunch and it was the perfect amount and so yummy! Will definitely be back again!

When I visit my family, my sister and I always enjoy a sushi lunch. This is a new place for me that she recently discovered and is close to her house. We went twice during my visit! My first visit I chose two rolls from the lunch menu. The spicy tuna and the eel avocado roll. The spicy tuna is perfectly spicy. The eel roll was great-my niece stole a few pieces!On the second visit I ordered the Sweetie Roll and my sister ordered the King Roll. My roll was great but the King Roll was FIRE!!We will definitely return.

Good sushi. We got the spicy girl, pink lady, and I think tuna lover. We usually go early (kids) so never an issue with a wait. Have also ordered take out and it’s usually fast.
