The menu online says they have a grilled chicken sandwich, however they do not offer that on the menu at the store. They only have a crispy chicken sandwich

BEYOND SLOW!!! I see in other reviews over the last few months that the owner replies. Why even reply if you're not willing to fix the issue. The last 2 times I went for a simple drink. Just one. 20 minutes later I canceled. Both times!!

I wait 20 minutes every time i come and order one drink. You would think they would be smart enough to push the order with one drink to the front but apparently that’s more brain power than it requires to work at sonic.

When I asked them a question about whether the foot long was all beef, their answer was, I think so. And then I told her to ask the manager and they came back and said only the short ones were all beef. I was giving 2 hot dogs, corn dog, French fries with no napkins. I was not pleased with this experience

My smashburger was burnt the edges of the burger were burnt an un eatable my tater tots were old and hard my drink was good. 13 bucks down the drain. Will I return here no no no.

We got here 30 minutes after they opened. There was a-lot of works there. There was 1 car at a speaker so they were not busy. My husband ordered cheese fries and when they came out half were rub
and the other half was rock hard. We called on the speaker and said the fries for bad and we could not eat them. Someone came out 5 minutes later and took the fries didn’t say anything to us. We waited for 20 minutes for new fries and nothing. We pushed the speaker and was asked to hold 10 minutes and nothing l. We pushed it again and same thing. My husband was up set he just drove off with out his food. It was not cool.

Every time I go here, we order the double bacon cheeseburger that never has its bacon... so this time we ordered just the double cheeseburger and when I opened the wrap it was red, once I removed the bun it looked as if the meat was placed on the grill just to turn brown and that is all. Very disappointing!

Good luck getting your order in here. I work nearby and have tried to eat here 3 times on my lunch break and just get a flashing button for 20 minutes with no response. Each time I've went next door to Wendy's and they get me hot food in 5 minutes. Why can't sonic do this?

Im a dasher , the employees here are really rude especially morning shift! i came in and said i had a doordash order she immediately says “your a dasher? okay ill bring it out to you” i didnt even say not one word she was very rude and aggressive didnt even ask the name of the order i had! yall must hire sum employees that have manners !!

I ordered online through DoorDash which said the store was open and when my dasher got there they said the lights were off and nobody was there… a good few hours after opening. Seriously what’s the issue do yall not know how to show up to work??

The food is not the problem. The customer service skills of the employee that took our order is the problem. Lack of social skills is horrible. I’m purchasing food and don’t need the person saying what else like I’m a problem. If you hate your job go find something you like. I work customer service to and I always do my best to provide the best experiences so there is no excuse to be rude to people.
