The food is really good. However, when you try to place a to go order (which we’ve tried numerous times with work) and they either never answer or put you on hold and never come back. I like to support small/local restaurants but if you do not have the staff to take to go orders, don’t offer it. The few times we have ordered it’s 5-6 orders and they haven’t been very friendly and asked “how many orders are you placing?”…. Not a fan of that response. We understand...read full review
Had a great experience at Southern Roots today with my three young children. The staff was super kind and accommodating to us and I really appreciated it! My burger was amazing too. We will definitely be back!
BEST food in Monroe!!! Wonderful staff! Highly recommend!!! These business owners put 110% into their establishment and it shows!
