I like Starbucks a lot but they no consistency in their drinks. Sometimes they are great but then like today I feel like I paid $6 for a cup of hot water that I could have got for free from my sink! On a high note the service has always been good..

I love this starbucks solely because of ONE of the employees. every other time i come here the girls are snippy and mean. i placed a mobile order, said it would be ready in 5-8 minutes. 5 minute mark are pull through, tell my name, and the girl says “OH you JUST placed it”. so snotty

I’ve been going to Starbucks for years, but lately, their matcha teas have been pretty disappointing. There are always chunks of powder in them, like they’re not mixing it properly.

I'm not sure what was going on with the baristas, but I had to literally throw my Macha tea in the trash. There were literally chunks of powder un-blended in my cup. I've noticed that Starbucks has become hit or miss with their preparation of drinks now. You can go to one location and order the same drink and it's perfect. Go to another location, and in this experience, it's not good, and you throw it out. I'm not sure if I'll continue to pay for a drink and bad experience.

Horrible service. Ordered simple cup of coffee and a frap. Frap delivered. Waited and waited for simple coffee. Asked several times. Finally delivered. It was cold.
