I’ve been going to Starbucks for years, but lately, their matcha teas have been pretty disappointing. There are always chunks of powder in them, like they’re not mixing it properly.

I'm not sure what was going on with the baristas, but I had to literally throw my Macha tea in the trash. There were literally chunks of powder un-blended in my cup. I've noticed that Starbucks has become hit or miss with their preparation of drinks now. You can go to one location and order the same drink and it's perfect. Go to another location, and in this experience, it's not good, and you throw it out. I'm not sure if I'll continue to pay for a drink and bad experience.

Horrible service. Ordered simple cup of coffee and a frap. Frap delivered. Waited and waited for simple coffee. Asked several times. Finally delivered. It was cold.

Kid-friendliness: They have smiles all the time with children
You are a coffee shop, you should never run out of coffee related ingredients. That's the purpose of inventory. Keep your customers happy and pay attention to what all goes into making a good cup of hot, cold, or iced coffee.

I ordered two different Frappuccino and they were both made wrong and taste nasty. I didn’t have time to turn around because I had somewhere to be!! Not to mention if a paying customer request a non dairy milk, use it since we are paying for it! Don’t make drinks how you feel like it, customers pay for specific drinks for a reason!
