Jenna racially profiled me at this Starbucks on 12/24/25. As we were in line behind the rest of the customers, she singled me out and repeated twice “the line is OVER THERE.” While pointing to end of the line. After waiting in the same line as everyone else for 10 minutes, how was she going to tell me to step out of the line, go to the end of the line, while never saying anything to the other customers in front of me. I had to explain to her that we were already in line behind other people as well.
When it was time for me to order, she was tight lipped, didn’t acknowledge me, and rolled her eyes at a question I had about a drink. She slammed down my card and drink on the counter without a word at the end of the transaction, almost knocking the drink over. While I was getting a straw and a napkin, she was looking over at me while muttering things under her breath and laughing to her coworkers.
Jenna should be fired because If you don’t want to work in retail, go find another job but don’t ruin other people’s days because you are racist and hate your job. Customers do not deserve to be treated differently than anyone else just because of their skin color. Hand down the worst I have ever been treated at an establishment.

As much as I do bad reviews I do great reviews! So here goes, I wasn’t greeted, however the came to assist upon coming to the counter. The engagement with the young lady at the counter was cool she insisted she can make sure my food was cooked. She got the order corrected and got food was given to me. In less than 5 mins. Better service than what I had experienced littler over an hour ago.

We visited this Starbucks on two separate occasions and had an awful experience both times. Our main issue was this one employee in particular. The same person who took our order one day ended up making our drinks the second day. She was rude, had a very depressive attitude and wasn’t good at either part of the job. Our drinks came out watery and lacked any kind of flavor. I would never suggest firing ANYONE but she needs to seriously be RE-trained.

Not only are they always short staffed but also don’t know how to make coffee .I asked for a grande caramel with extra caramel. Tell me why my coffee was white and only caramel on my whip cream . Coffee tasted horrible threw it away.

The white lady gave me leftover frappe and fill my cup have way of whip cream and served the people behind of me first and actually gave them the right amount on there caramel frappe and I got called second for the leftover n when I told her damn u gave me the leftover she just turned around and ignored me the people behind me was white and I’m Mexican

I haven't written a review in a while, but I was driven to write one because of the service yesterday! At approximately 8 p.m., I felt like ordering a Caramel Frappuccino while shopping at Target.There was no person in line, so the employee was quick to take my order. This man was one of the nicest, most professional starbucks employees. I decided to pay with a gift card that I was gifted by my parents. The card either declined or had an error, and since I just scratched off the card to show the code, he decided to make my drink while I was attempting to resolve things. Right when he finished, we figured things out. I received my drink, and it looked AMAZING. It looked PERFECT and vibrant! It is true that looks can be deceiving, but its taste was FANTASTIC! I have not tasted a Caramel Frappuccino as good as when I tried my first one. It was so good that I felt the need to preserve it. ?This was simply an amazing experience and I hope this employee (I unfortunately did not get his name) is doing well!

The drinks are always good, and the workers are usually kind. It’s located in what seems to be a busy area for employees so sometimes it’s a little crowded but for the most part it’s okay. The employees are constantly working as quickly as possible and they knock down their lines quickly.
