I would give a half star if I could. Ghetto, ghetto, ghetto. Both employees on their phones, laughing and joking around with 8 customers in line. I waited 15 minutes and not even one sandwich was made. I will NEVER come back to this store as there is no management present whatsoever!

I’m not sure if this location switched management or what? But this was by far the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order at 8:14AM EST and I didn’t walk out of Subway until 9AM and no! Not because I sat down to enjoy my meal it’s because the associate working never told me there was an hour wait on bread even after I’d been waiting 20 minutes. If Subway opens at 8am customers expect there to be some kind of bread ready except Flatbread.
Regardless, I told her I’d opt for the Flatbread after waiting around. She started making my sandwiches and I’ve never seen someone move so inconveniently. I work in Fast food as well so I myself have come up with a system to be efficient. She made 1 sub at a time and decided she wanted to train a new employee at the same time she’s already slowly making my order. By this time it’s 8:45am my order was supposed to ready at 8:30am, I’m getting frustrated. She proceeded to dress my subs with toppings and she infuriated me! I asked for a few more olives this lady literally grabs a fist full of olives and puts them on my sub! The new employee even looked like DANG THATS A LOT OF OLIVES! And when I got home to eat She added Wayyyyyy too much salt to both my subs. I genuinely cried because I had just gotten off work and just wanted a sub and to go home.

I forgot to leave this review, but I went here before my seasonal job one day back in October, and there was a small, soft spoken woman working the counter by herself.
I fear I stressed her out asking for a 12in cheesesteak sandwich on flatbread with double meat, but she stuck with me and all of my “extra ____, extra ____, extra ____” requests, even as I could see some concern growing as we loaded up this skinny slice of bread, and I’m sure she was wondering who was gonna be eating it, considering she was only a bit smaller than me.
She did get a little creative with closing it, which I actually really appreciated. Don’t get me wrong, I know how to eat tacos so folding it in half isn’t a /problem/ per se, BUT! Rolling it was MUCH more effective at keeping everything INSIDE the sandwich and not smeared all over the parchment paper.
I wish I had caught her name, but I was so excited for my sandwich I ate half of it in my car right outside before I actually drove to work that day, eating the rest before my shift.
Everything tasted fresh, and unlike some subway employees she didn’t seem at all judgmental about the monstrosity I was ordering, simply concerned about the logistics and perhaps even a little impressed, as this is clearly my “usual.”
Great experience, amazing service, definitely gonna try and swing by more often whenever my schedule allows

Placed an online mobile order app and used a 20% off. Got to the store and they didn’t have it made and the employees claimed they were “out of everything for that sandwich”. Keep in mind, it was a foot long. They instead made me another sandwich but claimed they could only do a 6in because of what I paid. Not my fault they were out of it and I used a coupon THRU SUBWAY APP. The employees were extremely rude and refused to correct the issue. Do NOT go to the location. Poorly ran!!

Tonight Sep 13th 2024, pulled up to the store at 8:25 pm, I saw the worker through the window. He was cleaning the store, as soon as he saw me he signaled me telling me store was already close, business hrs sign is not posted, look it up online and it says the store closing time is at 9:00pm. I really hope that the owner of this franchise cares about his customers and business and knows of this behaviors from his employees.

Store employees are very unprofessional. Called to inquire about a job at this location and was told to call back Friday 7-3. I then called Friday at 9 no answer then again at 11 and the woman said she was busy and hung up on me. I’ve been a manager with another subway for 7 years and would never treat anyone looking to be apart of staff that way. Very rude and unprofessional! I know they need the help the way these reviews are looking
everything was alright just that i received my sub cold in the middle everything was raw maybe if they probably trained theses people correct nothing would happen girl look like she confuse & didn’t know what to do would be my last time coming here i don’t want this to happen again recommend to go to another subway!!!

The lady working was super rude to me and the customer in front of me
Both subs were made incorrectly. They were out of tuna. Didn't ring me up for the drink I ordered and didn't offer to fix it. The two staff members were rude and interrupted me everytime I tried to tell them what I wanted on my sub. The cookies were stale. I should have listened to the already low Google rating but I really like Subway so I gave it a shot. Don't waste your time here. Eat somewhere else.

The service is terrible, not even being a customer they allow you to use the bathroom but it is not surprising when the owners are these people they never allow you to use the bathrooms it is a shame that a Subway franchise is terrible with customers I will never return to this store and I do not recommend it to anyone no one, and something else with the same gloves they charge for, they send you very bad, bad, bad.
upon my arrival there was only one young lady serving the customers that were already inside, she didn’t seem to be having a good day and that’s understandable. she made our order correctly, but then an older lady comes out of nowhere and hops on the POS to ring up the order and over charges us. instead of refunding our money back, because if i wanted a foot long i would’ve ordered it, she says she’ll make another of each sandwich. there was no communication between the two employees, and a lack of communication with their customers as well. The second sandwich that was made was made incorrectly. so now i’ve not only paid for a sandwich i did not want, i’ve paid for a sandwich my husband refuse to eat because she toasted shredded cheese on a pepper jack sandwich. first time eating here, will not be returning in the year of 2024. ?✌️✌️
