I went to take an order at 8:20 pm and the
Place was already going to close. They didn't even let us enter. September 13th. They should stick to their schedule.
Just like the review before me, they won't speak to you went you ask a question and they ask you to move over when you're standing there ordering and asking a question they won't respond to.
They didn't even speak to me. Very rude.

There is a male employee with red hair that is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers and doesn't want to do his job. I was having trouble with the mobile app so I went in to ask about it and he only said thts not my job figure it out. One if the worst subways I have been to as well

I arrived at the store counter at 8:45 PM, and I was told I could not order in-store. Only online orders were being sold. I pointed out the store hours indicate they are open until 9:00 PM. The young man politely said, “Yes Sir.” He said they can’t stop the online orders, but they have already stopped taking in-store orders. I asked if the owner was aware employees are refusing to serve customers when the store is still open. He said, “Yes Sir. That’s what we are supposed to do.”That’s a hell of a way to run a business. I wouldn’t discourage anyone with low standards from patronizing this store. At least you now know the priorities.

I bought 6 macadamia cookies monday got home 15 minutes later bit one and these cookies had a rancid taste definitely spoiled called back immediately to speak to the manager they weren't there spoke to an employee who tried to argue. I'm like girl are you serious I don't want my money back I want fresh product but you saying I can't get neither nah you done lost your mind. Spoke to the manager the next day she said the cookies were baked fresh that morning I said ok bet cause that's a lie but ok if they were they taste spoiled she tried to argue I'm like yal are pathetic if you think imma keep going back and forth over a spoiled product yall can have those couple of dollars. Seems as if you need it more than I do!!
