Worst Taco Bell ever! Please stay away from this place. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. Placed our order online and waited 30 minutes inside for our food. We didn’t get our food because we have to go to work. We wasted 30 minutes of our time without getting food. The new manager making our food keeps disappearing in and out of the kitchen and never made our food. We regret coming to this place hoping to get a quick food before going to work.
Do not go to this location! They never have any staff, and while I understand working shorthanded, no excuse for the attitude. But the lady behind the counter was incredibly rude, as I went inside to order. I waited 20 min as they got every order ready for door dash, completely ignored people inside. Then as I finally got my turn said, " oh, we don't have anyone to take orders at the counter, you have to do it through the app." I waited here all this time, and you didn't have indication that was the case.

Dude was a douche to his staff and said "listen to me cuz I'm the boss" or something similarly corny. They were out of every drink but Pepsi and tea but didn't tell me until after I payed.

Got take out from the inside and only has 3 people working not only one doing work and 45min after get the food but the drive thru get there food before all the 8 people inside do like they don't need to be open for business and then get home the food's half cold and not cooked all the way not a way to run a business

Bad customer service, they are very discriminatory and have this one asian/ mexican little girl who gives customers bad attitude and scrolls through her phone in front of customers and handling their food without washing her hands. Better manager needs to do something and actively work within the hours of 12 to 5 and see what your customers see. Great customer service is always the key, not bad, snobby attitudes.

Customer service was trash, the young person that was at the window had a massive disgusting attitude. I have never been treated so bad at a fast food restaurant, And when I got to the speaker to order my drinks, they acted astonished as if they weren’t going to make the drinks or as if they didn’t want me to order that many drinks, not knowing I was giving them out to people who needed them… The fact that Taco Bell hires people that act like that is disgusting and I will no longer be buying anything from them . Taco Bell you guys are disgusting individuals and I cannot believe your management nor corporation would hire somebody that has that much attitude. This is happened at two locations now and I told myself I would no longer support their company but here I am supporting again and getting the exact same thing in return a disgusting nasty attitude .
I only visit this location at lunch. The lunch staff is great the evening staff, not so much. I've ordered boxes in the evening and at lunch with specialty items. I've gone in the evening and instead of putting my orders in individual boxes, everything was placed in one bag and very unorganized. I totally understand if they're out of boxes so why not use individual bags?

I tried to go again before work. Got there at 6.30 am when they open waited at drive thru for 15 minutes no one acknowledged me. Honked horn several times to try and get a response. I have tried multiple times to get breakfast from this location and can never get breakfast here. I would love to be able to get food here in the morning for my work team and myself. Wish 1 of the local location would actually be open for breakfast when they say they are open.

The timers on your make line are not a suggestion, next time you give me old food I’ll call corporate and throw it at you in that order
The dining room is not open to dine in. I am traveling. Couldn’t use the bathroom. I forgot to add onto my order at the automated window and they made me drive all the way around wait back in line and re-order all my other food got cold

I placed an order ready in the drive through for 30 minutes call the store several times with no answer I went inside stood at the counter ask the manager several times if everything was okay they looked directly at me for several minutes and ignored me I asked a team member if everything is okay again ignored ask to speak to a manager they pointed to the person I was just speaking to and then finally asked me what the problem was.... I'm not sure what happened to customer service but this isn't it
Went to the drive thru today. The lady at the window was rude and gave an attitude. I saw her only fill my Baja blast up with the syrup. You can even see it on the cameras. Very unfriendly staff, another person who came to the window rudely said “what do you want”. What has this generation come to with hospitality and customer service. Other than that, the food was good but service was terrible. If you would like to be treated terribly then come here.
