Ordered a Baja beef supreme chalupa and received a black bean chalupa. I didn’t even notice it until I got home 40 mins away. Along with waiting in line forever. I don’t eat beans so threw it in the damn trash.

Came inside and saw someone cleaning the dining area, that was a good sign!

Food was made perfect, and it tasted great as well. Pretty much all I can ask for from Taco Bell.

Hard taco shells stale. Lettuce was breaking down slimy. Threw most if the food away. Quality has been dropping as the prices increase. Two people 30 bucks crazy I can go authentic Mexican higher quality and order much better food.

Hello, I wanted to share some feedback. We waited about 15–20 minutes and never received our order. Our family was hungry, so we had to request a refund and leave. We were really looking forward to trying the food, but this experience was disappointing. I hope things improve because we probably won’t be back otherwise.

Our food was not very appealing with appearance, and the food heat was lacking. The service was speedy, but the meals were not as proper as they should have been. Sloppy was the way that everything was from start to finish.

My experience was a mixed experience. I will have to give a shout out to an employee named Tae. He was extremely helpful and kind. If customer service could be run the same way Tae helped me out that da,. All Taco bells would run amazingly. However, the manager of the store stephon was extremely rude. When I ask questions he was short, rude and condescending. He was not helpful in any way shape or form. And unfortunately if I had to deal with him again at this location I would not return. In my own personal opinion Tae should be the manager. He clearly knows more about customer service.

This place sucks. We walked in, both of the order kiosks were down. That’s fine, we’ll order at the counter. We start ordering and the girl at the counter tells us that they are out of chalupas. We leave because that’s really all we go to Taco Bell for. We get all the way to the car before the girl from behind the counter comes out and yells that they do actually have chalupas. We go back inside and start ordering. I just wanted two chalupas, not the meal. The girl asks if I want the combo and I clarify that I do not. She says ok and continues taking the rest of the order. The dining room is a mess. When we get the food, it’s wrong. She gave me the combo after I clarified that I did not want it. I would have corrected her at the counter if she would have read the order back but she did not. The chalupa shells were raw and cold. All this to say, we will not be going back.

Yall don’t eat at Taco Bell in Monroe near Monroe hospital…. they also have a 87.5 rating. They also have roaches. They don’t clean the stations good or the walls.. food is caked there!! Take your business elsewhere!!

I always end up at this store by default. Because the one up the road the employees don't wanna work after 12am. They are always super nice. Yes the grade is an 87. But beings I work in food service there's a number of things that can affect that grade. Yes they need to get a recheck and don't leave them with that grade. Food always taste like it's supposed to. And the people are always nice. Even when they're busy the people at the window always have a nice attitude and apologize if it takes a little longer. This will be my store from now on and I will go out of my way to go to the store even though it's not close to home because I refuse to go to the other one anymore.

The service at the srive thru is horrible 😫 and the manager is even worst I ask the lady at the windows if she could fix something a certain way and she said NO I guess she was in a bad mood and just yelled at me I told her I hope you have a Good day & drove off called tried talking to manager about it but yea ok I called Corp. The food rating is 87 B
